Would definitely stay again. Walking in the neighborhood was wonderful.

The hotel is in a great location, perfect for exploring Dublin. The staff were extremely nice and friendly, and as a solo traveler I felt very welcome. The room was perfectly adequate for my needs.

Initially, there was only one towel, but after asking I was given another one right away. The room is a bit small, but perfectly fine for a short stay.

Poor maintenance, garbage left in the kitchen for a week.

The staff were friendly, but let down by a dysfunctional system involving lots of sticky notes.

So much to not like. The maintenance system is chaotic. I went for FOUR DAYS without any light in my room. Every day I went to Reception to report the problem and someone would write it on a sticky note then promptly lose it. Rubbish was not removed from the kitchen for SEVEN DAYS, which meant that garbage piled up everywhere. Guests share a kitchen with 7 other strangers and there was mess everywhere. Sure, the guests should clean up, but I'm not cleaning someone else's mess. The rooms were hot. There was a great deal of street noise because the building is on a busy road.

Great value for money, friendly staff

Excellent property just a small walk to various pubs etc. also good bus connections if you don’t want to walk. It is very good value for money. The staff very friendly and offered hair dryer if needed on request. I haven’t used the kitchen, but great option not to have to eat out every time if there for longer

Nice apartment, but rooms are not well-appointed

Apartment has good amenities.

Room was small and the bed was uncomfortable and small. We could not sleep as it was too hot, but when we opened the window there was loud music playing from a nearby party. Our neighbours were also extremely loud until 4AM and the walls in the building are thin so we could hear everything. Location is not near any attractions, so expect to walk/get a bus ticket.

It's a student dorm with a shared kitchen/living room, which is nice if you want to socialise with people. Although, I met a person only once during my stay. The location from the city centre was also good.

The room has no bin, there's a bin room just on the ground floor, if you need to throw trash. You get a private bathroom provided with toilet paper, towels and hygiene products but no hairdryer and my shower was clogged.

Neat, cleanish, and in a decent location, come in with the expectation that it’s student housing.

Nice tidy sized room. I liked the access to laundry and that it was relatively close to Dublin’s Centre for the price. The beds were relatively comfy and the window could be kept open at all times without worry. The person to greeted me at the door when I first arrived was extremely helpful and went above and beyond - I really appreciated her help!

Because it’s a student dorm, the sound carries A LOT. Between the slamming of doors early in the morning and snoring from another guest that I could hear so clearly they could have been in my room, or the squawking of seagulls in the courtyard, I found I had a hard time getting to sleep. Aside from not being able to sleep, I otherwise had a good stay. In terms of value, I think the price is a little high for student accommodation, but given the high rates elsewhere in Dublin, it was probably a good value for the city. Still, for the price I paid, I could have gotten a nice hotel room in a different place.

Incompetent Staff may turn you away at arrival. BEWARE!!

The administration of this rental facility are hopelessly incompetent. As mentioned by other travellers, the Sign In Process [what they called their "Portal"] was HORRENDOUS[!] Once I have paid for the accommodation we have a LEGAL CONTRACT which they cannot legally void at their wim, which they threatened to do because I could not send a photo of myself to them in advance!!!!! In summary, the administration is completely incompetent and needs to be replaced. Be afraid of what they may do to you, the renter!

A decent accommodtion

The location is really great and close to most attractions and city center. There is a bus top just around the corner. The bed is comfy. There is hot water, soap and a good bathroom.

The heater is a bit weak. There is no rubbish bin. You have to have a bag and to dispose of it at the end of your stay.

Nice location, clean student apartments. The concierge were very responsive to any issues I raised.

I wasnt told someone was meeting me to hand over the keys and when I was directed to Michael, he didnt appear to have my booking. Obviously it all worked out, but I felt that there should have been clear communication that that was what was going to happen, in case my flight had been delayed so he or I wasnt hanging around etc.

Great Bed, very clean

Extremly noisy, very small, with essentiell things missing ( Soap, Trash Can, Toilet Brush (!) ) . But worst thing happened that can happen when sleeping somewhere else: I did not feel safe. As this is not a hotel but a student accomidation, there where drunk or crazy,angry people slapping doors, shouting,, partying, so my bed was really moving and shaking from the slapping of the doors. Terrible. And no concerce or someone to call, to deal with these people in the floor or kitchen. I didnt feel safe, and i am a grown up man, never had something like that before.

Positive overall and comfortable but note no service for rooms

The staff were friendly and very responsive. The apartment was small but had a good bed and shower and was clean with a fair bit of storage space for luggage. There was also a big and clean kitchen for communal use and all facilities needed for self catering if that is your intention.

The rooms aren't serviced so had to use same one towel for three days which I'd have preferred not to. Additionally you are responsible for taking out your own rubbish which is OK but I felt that I paid hotel prices so would like some service included ideally. Essentially i think guests are expected to share the duties a student actually living in the apartments to cover which is fine - I just didn't expect it.

It was really nice. Just a little walk to the city centre. There is a lidl really close where you can buy all the things you need. The room was really clean and it looked very nice. I could wash my clothes for a small amount of money. I was really happy to stay there.

Frustrating, uncomfortable.

Small bed in TINY room (essentially a dormitory for students being repurposed for travelers); NO waste paper basket, NO bath towel (just ONE towel at all - a hand towel); NO services for the room; just 2 half rolls of toilet paper. Frequent communication before check in, but cumbersome, odd, and ultimately a fraudulent attempt to overcharge based upon the miscommunication. Cannot recommend this place. If it were one fifth the price of a reasonable hotel, it would be fine, but its rates are only a little lower than hotel rates.

Urban rest nest

Who needs bells and whistles when all the basics of comfort are already in place! This property has all one needs for a short, stylish and cosy stay in Dublin. Clean, safe and located close enough to public transport, but far away enough to avoid the crowds, this lock-up-and-go property provides modern and functional rooms with excellent assistive communication all the way - from booking the place, right through to handing over the key at the end of one's stay. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Although communication was great, the property might consider revising messages regarding check-in, since messages received and actual action required on premises did not always correlate with one another and this created more confusion than clarity at some stage.
