Staff were lovely, easy instructions outside on how to get on and someone on reception to collect keys. Rooms are basic you get what you pay for but couldn't fault it especially with it being student accommodation throughout the year.

The room was clean; we were given clean towels and some small toiletries. Despite our expectations, the walls were thick enough, so we were not disturbed by any noises. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

The bed was incredibly small and uncomfortable. I don’t think it can be described as a double bed. My partner and I struggled considerably to sleep every night and eventually started positioning ourselves opposite form one another in order to fit. The mattress was also extremely uncomfortable, almost unbearable. The bathroom smelt bad upon arrival and the shower pressure was awful. It was almost difficult to shower every day.
