Everything. It was in a shady location with shady figures, tons of locks but easily breakable doors, not safe for women traveling. There was a hole in the wall, the bed frame was broken, the room was way smaller and had deteriorating everything.

Where to start, linen was old and dirty, room was also not very clean. All rooms very small, bedroom bathroom and kitchen included. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there. Not close enough to Dublin City to enjoy, 20 min bus ride or 40kins walking

If you're up to turture yourself a bit, that's the place

Smartlock system, hot shower, fridge and microwave available.

No windows, no heating system except for air that is not really heating up the rooms and more often than not transmits odours of spicy and greasy foods. Bed under a staircase of wood that all who live there pass. Always noise from somewhere, especially the barber shop nearby but also of the other inhabitants. Mostly clean but some things were full of dust or other old dirt. Better bring your own cutlery as you'll only get one small spoon and a small knife. The few available items to eat and drink were not clean. Can have to do with people who stayed there before but was not nice of course. I had some extra bad luck on top for the first few days as the door to the street was broken and some electrical system beside it was constantly beeping a few days and night s through. All things combined, I will never book this again. Not even for half the price.

It’s just okay; I was lucky to find parking downstairs. It seems it’s not easy to find one as mentioned. Not far from the city centre. Convenience store 2 minutes' walk.

An old bedside cabinet, an old wardrobe, a single bed with a worn-out spring mattress, and bed sheets and covers that aren’t very clean. There’s just one fluorescent tube light and no window. It’s even simpler than a student dorm room.

The list in endless but its the staff that could be AI for all anyone knows, Swap the I in AI for Incompetent, Idiotic, Ignorant, Ingenerous, I have had enough of them. Take your pick, they are all irelivant. A bunch of greedy people landed in Dublin with a few €€€€€ in the bank, got hold of some cardboard selotape and prittstick, found around 4 or 5 large spaces in different buildings clustered together in my childhood neighbourhood and did a little children arts and crafts building these "rooms", not even one of which has a bloody window, or even humidifiers. Nada. I used to think it was damp I smelt in the cardboard cut outs but in fact. That is the smell of pure Greed. It's musty amd mouldy. They are litterally just take the people of Ireland money amd putting some through hell and making them pay their well earned money to do so. Iv heard and seen some folks just walk in and burst into tears. And they Do not care. Not even a little bit. Cos they are rolling in it. If you experienced awful things and felt robbed, don't just review it, make it official. It's the reason why they are still on here and shouldn't be. Beware

FIRE HAZARD, Avoid at all costs.

Very little, I guess it was nominally cheaper than other options.

The steps upstairs were both an unmarked tripping and head knocking hazard. The upstairs had exposed beams well below the usual height. I must have bashed my head a dozen times over the course of the week. Unless all the doors in the building were open, it was beyond hot. We had a fan with us as we were moving houses, but had we not, it would have been uninhabitable. Every room had totally blank walls, and our room was only about 1/3 carpeted(the rest was bare concrete). There was no WiFi to spite it being advertised. Everything was slightly damp all the time due to the poor air circulation. The picture included in the advertisement is not the kitchen on this site. Worst of all, there were no fire doors anywhere, and the building was a maze. The only externally facing window is on the second floor and did not open at all. The week I spent here was thoroughly miserable.

SCARY ,HORRIFIC, TRAUMATISING EXPERIENCE

I was staying for 1 night with my 15 ye old daughter. We left our belongings in the room went to a concert came back at midnight and found a couple having sex in our Room ,it was one of the most horrific experience I ever had ,my 15yr old daughter had a Panic attack and couldn't stop crying. The couple gave us one mattress buy how could you expect anyone lying down on amatredd where you just witnessed 2 strangers having Sex! We ended up spending the night sitting down in the kitchen .never felt do unsafe as there was no lock on the kitchen door. Email them looking for a refund but they are ignoring my request all they did was admitting that try double book.outlr toom by mistake. FOR YOUR SAFETY STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRENDOUS PLACE

Claustrophobic, windowless, stuffy and boiling hot. Terrible sleep

It had a bed and there were 4 walls with a door that locked The location is convenient to get into the city and there are shops nearby

The peeling mouldy, yellow stained wallpaper The lack of a window in the room and no form of air conditioning The sticky staircase that was in the room The shelf above the door had rubbish on it There was a pill and a needle under the door The bed was so uncomfortable with 1 small pillow, bed sheets were ripped When you switch off your room light, there is a green light that comes on that you can’t turn off Peephole in the door In the living room, they had mirrors to get ready but the lights switched off automatically after 10 seconds They may be the worst people to try and get in touch with The fire alarm went off for 27 minutes. We tried to call them 10 times and there was no answer We were told our room was ready at 3, we got there at 3:30, the room was still being “cleaned” and the floor was flooded, glad the cleaner was there because we had to ask for toilet paper The fire alarm beeps when it’s not going off constantly Didn’t get any instructions about how to get there until 8am the morning of and it’s not where they tell you it is before you book

Lack of toilet paper, bins emptied but dirty with old waste, dirty towels, total lack of customer service, spiders on the walls with cobwebs attached and terrible smell of mold on the walls tried to mask in a room with an air freshener, fake photo of the kitchen on booking ,balcony not accessible, lack of light, only mechanical ventilation and not natural ventilation in any case not present in the rooms. tourist trap, every man for himself ! A refund would be necessary !!

whne i failed to gain entry, i wrote the property owner and they were quick to respond with emails and calls. they were very supportive.

I didn't like everything about this place: 1). The host gave me a wrong address and found myself wasting time walking the entire stretch of a very long street & being helped by locals. 2). This studio accommodation has a very noisy extractor which grinds entire day from 10am to 9.35pm. I was tired and wanted to sleep early but couldn't. The host made a false promise to come and check but didn't. 3). There is a fire panel which beeped almost entire night. Informed host but was nowhere to be found. 4). The accommodation is right underneath a staircase and faves the main outside door. This means its noisy 24/7 with people talking & coming and going and footsteps banging over your heard. 5). No one to greet you and help you. You r left on your own, with no one to answer your questions. 6). When I arrived the washing machine was running. Thos shouldn't hv happened. Also it was certainly not cleaned . It looks clean but it isnt 7). No bedside lamp 8). They ignored my messages and responded hours after I had checked out. Be warned you stay here at your own peril. Far better to go sleep at a cheap 25 euro hostel than here.

I’m convinced it was a brothel before accommodation. Wallpaper is peeling off. Bed sheets were dirty (which was extremely disappointing as we’re weren’t allowed to check in 30 minutes early as they needed from 10:00 till 15:00 to clean, hey ho) Towel was damp before it’d even been used. Will not recommend to stay at this place. Staff not present at the location for check-in. If you have no internet, then you cannot check-in. They even won't give you property address till the date of arrival. All communication is done on the day of arrival via email. I was lucky enough to have sorted internet no my mobile. Otherwise won't be able to find property location. No internet at the property.

Cheap and convenient but you get what you pay for.

I asked several times for an early check-in and only received the same generic check-in message as a response 3 times. Room was small as expected, but the pillow was the thinnest thing I've ever seen, the bedding didn't smell particularly clean, and my towel was rolled up damp on the bed like it just came out of the wash. Also the shower was missing a glass panel so you needed some acrobatics to avoid dousing the toilet paper. Also also, some random black guy had the code to the door, wandered in and tried to get into my room. Luckily the other two nice fellas staying there shooed him off, so secure your belongings properly if you go out for any reason.

Worst experience I've ever had on Booking

Just the location

I couldn’t sleep all night because of the strong humidity smell in the room it was unbearable. The room is extremely small, dark, and feels more like a prison cell than a place to stay. There isn’t even a small window or any kind of ventilation not even a hole. It felt suffocating. I even went around late at night trying to find another hotel, but unfortunately, it was almost midnight and everything was fully booked. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had renting through Booking.com. This place should not even be available for rent it’s completely unacceptable and misleading compared to the listing. I strongly request a refund and urge Booking.com to review this property immediately.

The location was good and easy to find — not sure why people complain. · The studio was small, but perfect for one person. It had a microwave and a fridge. · The Wi-Fi was strong. · For the price, it was very good. I was honestly impressed, especially considering how bad some of the reviews were.

· It was freezing. The room doesn’t have a window, which I didn’t mind, but because of that, it got really cold. They definitely need to add a heater. · It wasn’t super clean — it was okay, but they could definitely do a better job. · It’s loud during the day, but it gets quiet at night so you can sleep just fine. Also, even though you can hear people talking, I was on a conference call and no one could hear the background noise, so that’s a win.
