The location is superb.There is lidl near by and Luas red line and bus stop are 2-5 min walk away. Kitchen was good with all utensils and a big fridge.
Room no. 5 was too small and felt cramped up. The room heater would stop working at 4 am. The shower was broken. Door used to get jammed and you would be outside standing in the cold or rain.

Wegen eines Wasserschadens im Haus waren wir nicht im Dublin Suburban Haven untergebracht, sondern in einer anderen Unterkunft des Anbieters in Rathcoole. Das Zimmer war ok und hatte ein bequemes Doppelbett. Im Haus gab es zwei geteilte Badezimmer, die regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, das ganze Haus war recht neu eingerichtet.
Wir hätten uns deutlich mehr Informationen gewünscht: Wieviel andere Gäste noch im Haus sind, wie oft und wann gereinigt wird, wie die Regeln für die Küchennutzung sind usw. Zum Glück haben wir bei unserer Ankunft zwei der anderen Gäste getroffen, die uns dabei geholfen haben, unser Zimmer zu finden. Trotzdem war es ein etwas komisches Gefühl, nie zu wissen, wieviele Menschen in dem Haus wohnen und wann Externe kommen, um sauber zu machen. Die Schließanlage war sehr fehleranfällig, oft hat man einige Versuche gebraucht, um reinzukommen.
Die Ersatzunterkunft war deutlich weiter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und hatte keine Straßenbahn-Anbindung.

All the facilities well new and extremely well kept.
Everything! It’s such a great place for long and short periods. I used all the facilities on daily bases and everything was perfectly working and very clean! Loved it!

Zona tranquila, cercanía al transporte público LUAS TRANVIA 350m. al supermercado Lidl 250m. y Aldi 450m.
No es para nada un "Paraíso Suburbano" como su denominación indica más bien pensión. El somier de la cama estaba hundido junto con el colchón, TV streaming y poco más, poca vajilla y cubertería, el frigorífico no tiene espacio para tantas habitaciones, 11 en total, dividido en 3 plantas: planta baja 4 habitaciones con un baño compartido, 1° planta 6 habitaciones y 4 baños compartido, ático 1 habitación sólo, zona lavandería fuera de la casa y mal ordenada sin luz aunque lavadora y secadora funcionan no facilitando productos para el lavado. La habitación propia no la limpia, solo lo común y no todos los días.
