    Budget friendly place
The location is superb. There is lidl near by and Luas red line and bus stop are 2-5 min walk away. Kitchen was good with all utensils and a big fridge.
Room no. 5 was too small and felt cramped up. The room heater would stop working at 4 am. The shower was broken. Door used to get jammed and you would be outside standing in the cold or rain.

    Functional but not friendly
Near Tram but by no means in central Dublin. Cleaner comes regularly. Kitchen and toilet is kept clean. Safe area and shops / gym close.
Smell of pot in hallway. Checking-in process is not friendly with an email form sent over email to complete even if paid for and booked on a 3rd party website. But your own kitchen cleaning implements,

Everything! It’s such a great place for long and short periods. I used all the facilities on daily bases and everything was perfectly working and very clean! Loved it!

It was a little out of town for what I needed but I wouldn’t put that as a negative really

    It does the job
Very comfy beds, easy to check in, but make sure you fill in their form beforehand. Close to the Luas so easy to get in to town (45 mins - 1 hour)
I arrived and the key to my room was not left for me so I couldn’t lock the door from the outside meaning I had to trapse my luggage in to town with me again. They did bring me the key but it was 4-5 hours after I had checked in Walls are extremely thin, I was woken many times in the night (and I’m not a light sleeper at all) by minor noises such as people turning on plugs or moving around in there rooms Form they send you to fill in so you can stay is a little invasive - asking for photos of you etc

Pre-airport stay at the end of our travels to Ireland
We stayed at this accommodation just outside of Dublin and really appreciated the location—it’s close to the airport and only a short walk to the tram into the city, which was incredibly convenient. The area is quiet and easy to navigate, with plenty of street parking available. There is a driveway that fits two cars, but it looks like if you’re the first to park, you could be blocked in by the second vehicle. When we left in the morning, one car was parked right in the middle of the driveway, making it impossible for another to park or leave, so street parking was definitely the better option. The shared kitchen was clean and well-equipped, a great perk for longer stays. There’s also a washer and dryer available for a small fee, which is useful if you're traveling for an extended period. Other guests seemed to be staying long-term and looked very settled and comfortable in the space. Overall, a solid option for travelers looking for easy access to Dublin without staying right in the city center.
The only real issue we had was with the entry process. We were sent a PIN number ahead of time and assumed that was the code for the door, but it turned out not to be. The actual entry code is hidden within a message containing more detailed instructions. We ended up needing to call for assistance, and while the person we spoke to was helpful, it still took a bit of back and forth to figure it all out. Once we found the right message, we were able to get in without any further trouble. All in all, it was a good stay with just a few bumps in the road. With a clearer check-in process, this would have been a great experience.
