no iron in ther apartment - no toilet paper and toilet not filling with water

Location was great - Schuman metro close. The neighborhood is very good. Very light and bright.

The communication is bad with the owners. No replies. Wrong adress! Its up the hill. On the last day, no heating, no hot water, shoes could be dried. Toilet seat broken.
