景観と部屋付き温泉

部屋に温泉が付いてて部屋もとても広く綺麗で寛げました。アメニティがとても豊富で感動しました。ロケーションも最高で癒されました。

Fantastic baths and super room. Dinner and breakfasts were fabulous. Nice charm in the whole place.

Some cleaning policy arrangements were a bit unclear.

The location is great! It's only 10 mins walk to the snow monkey entrance. From the entrance, there is another 25-30 mins walk in the forest! Very convenient if you wish to visit the snow monkey park. The room is a very big, clean and comfortable. The private onsen in our standard twin room was a surprise.

Some parts of the property can be upgraded as it is quite old. There aren't any facilities except the indoor and outdoor onsens! The private outdoor onsen in the room is great but the indoor onsen bathtub is very mouldy and should be changed to a new tub! The bathroom basin is also very old and should be upgraded. There is no space for personal items to be placed and if the area can be improved, more shelves can be created to place personal toiletries items. We stayed for 2 nights. The first day when I used the public onsen, the indoor onsen was great! It was clean and water level was full. The outdoor women onsen is small (men's outdoor onsen is bigger) and a bit dirty perhaps due to the plants surrounding it! The 2nd day when I used the public indoor onsen, it looks a bit dirty and the water was only half filled! I wasn't even sure whether I should use it or not! Eventually, I used it but felt uneasy. So I went to the outdoor onsen, which felt even more dirty than the first day as there were even more tiny floating objects from the surrounding plants. The water was so hot that I couldn't even stay for one minute! There was even a confusion when the sign board and a door that shows a mixed gender onsen which I wasn't sure if I should visit it or not as there were no proper attire provided for the mixed gender onsen. The door wasn't locked and it means that men can slide open the door and just come into the women's onsen! Proper and clearer instructions should be provided in both Japanese and English to avoid confusion! If there is really a mixed gender onsen, proper attire should be provided! If not, the sliding door should be locked as I felt very unsafe if someone would open the door.
