食事→夕食がとにかくおいしかった。野菜も肉も魚も志賀高原ビールも長野の日本酒もどれも美味。
日によって長野の郷土料理も楽しめます。朝食もバイキングでおなかいっぱい。
スタッフ→みなさんとても愛想良くしてくれて、心温まる接客でした。
施設→ロビーの雰囲気がいい。ゆっくりくつろげる。夕方限定で淹れたてのコーヒー飲めます。
温泉→心身ともに温まりました。風呂上がりに志賀高原の冷水飲めるのも良かった。
強いて言うなら、WiFiが少し弱めだったことでしょうか。部屋にもよりますが。
それでもネットは十分使えます。

The Onsen in the hotel is fabulous. The breakfast was very good and our room was spacious but we may have been in luck as only two of us but is a four berth
I thought the dinner options were very limited and there is really no where else to go in that area.

Location is fantastic for families. Everything in one location easy walk to shuttle bus and ski lift. The staff were wonderful and the room very comfortable.
