Food was outstanding. Room was lovely. Staff was so friendly - when they heard that the monkeys came down to the park they drove us up right away with their car. All-around amazing experience.

Fabulous location in Shibu Onsen, staff were very helpful, food was amazing. Close to the Snow Monkey Park.
