Amazing staff and the food was amazing! The beds were sooo comfortable! The communication was excellent before the trip. They emailed us what train and buses to take and where to rent skis. They had a van to shuttle us to different ski areas and suggested which areas to ski based on what kind of skiers we are. The onsens were so peaceful and clean. Exceeded our expectations!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The food was exceptional, the staff were so attentive and our kids (2 & 4) loved it. We had a bunk room with toilet which was perfect for our family, and the onsen downstairs for bathing was great after a day of skiing. We had a 2wd car so got the shuttle up the hill daily to our car. Numerous ski areas a short drive away. The whole experience here was just amazing, and the staff so wonderful. The fire area is lovely and the kids could get marshmallows to roast after dinner. We will be returning!

The staff are very friendly and professional. The lodge has a well organized space for skis and boots. The onsen is clean and very hot. The food is phenomenal. The presentation and flavour was incredible.
