Friendly staff. Picked us up at train station. Drove us to monkey Park. Prepared a wonderful dinner and a great breakfast. Private onsen is nice

The location was amazing, the Japanese style room also. The staff was courteous and available, speaking a good amount of English. She also gave us a ride to the snow monkey park free of charge. 10/10 recommended
