Nozawa Nest

The owners were incredible. They were welcoming and accommodating at any time, and made us feel at home. We arrived before check-in and also sent my ski gear ahead of time, and we were able to get changed and store our luggage before we hit the slope. The building seemed like what used to be an old ski ryokan, but they've done a wonderful job repairing. The coffee/tea and snacks available were perfect. Plus the husky was just the perfect addition to our stay! オーナーさん夫妻とそのご家族がとても温かく迎えてくださりました。チェックイン前に到着し、スキー板も事前に配送していましたが、到着後の荷物預けや着替え、チェックアウト後のご対応も素晴らしく、とても快適に過ごすことができました。建物自体は古いスキー旅館のようですが、改装されてとても綺麗でした。キッチンを自由に使うことができ、紅茶・コーヒーに加えて軽食もあったのがありがたかったです。ワンちゃんがとっても可愛かったです！また野沢温泉を訪れる際にはまた宿泊したいと思います！

Nothing that I could think of. The building itself is not brand new, so the walls are thin, which means you could hear other people's voices and footsteps if you are sensitive to those. The bathroom was cold, although the owner told us that they are plannning to renovate and run hot springs there, which would be fantastic. 特段ないです。建物自体は年季が入っているため、壁がやや薄く、足音や声は伝わりやすいです。お風呂場が寒く、シャワーだけでしたが、いずれ温泉を引くと伺ったのでそちらも楽しみです。

新装修过的房间很干净

They were the best hosts ever. I really really liked them, and they made my stay fantastic. I am so happy with them, AND KENNY!

The owners have recently completed the reno of the property to create a guest house. The beds whilst traditional were very comfortable as were the pillows. Great continental breakfast was available in the morning and the property is very tastefully decorated. Supper easy to get around.
