Clean, comfortable, and met expectations! Hugo messaged us before we arrived and gave us clear instructions on how to meet him. He was also kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at the bus stop. Unit 5 is upstairs and tucked away so it was very private. There is a communal ski storage room for drying all your gear. Very close (slightly uphill) walk to the slopes ~5-10 minutes.
Unit 5 is meant for a family of 4 but all the beds are for smaller sized people. They are exactly as pictured in the photos but seemed a bit narrower than expected (maybe smaller than a US twin). Okay for avg size adult but will feel small. This unit also has windows that let a lot of light in but will heat up significantly if it’s sunny.

Spacious apartment, clean and well furnished.
The shower room was freezing, there was a draft coming in from the bottom of the door. The tiny, thin bath towel didn't help and I really suffered getting out of the shower. That would be an easy fix, to change to bigger towels.
