Kawaichiya Ryokan

La qualité du service était exceptionnelle. Les lits étaient cofortable, le restaurant sur place où étaient servis dîner et petit déjeuner était très qualitatif et valait son prix, le onsen privatif dans la chambre était un régal. Cerise sur le gateau : le personnel était aimable, serviable, et a fait de son mieux pour s'adapter à nous malgré la barrière de la langue. Franchement, c'est un sans faute. Je tiens aussi à recommander le masseur qu'ils nous ont attribué lorsque nous en avont fait la demande. C'était un professionnel d'une grande qualité, mais attention, ce n'est pas le genre de petits massages relaxants auxquels les européens comme nous sont habitués ! 😂 C'est très sportif et on en apprécie les bienfaits seulement lorsque c'est fini... Aussi qualitatif qu'une séance d'ostéopathie en tout cas. Il a même sû prendre soin de mon mari qui s'était blessé au genou. Encore merci à cet homme ! Et merci aux membres du personnel de l'établissement pour leur efficacité !

男性の内風呂に手すりが無いので入るのに躊躇した、露天も手すりがあるけれど使い勝手がもう少しだと思います、今回足首を痛めていたので気になりました。

The property is clean, newly renovated and well managed. The rooms are generous in size and the in room onzen bath was amazing. The included breakfast in the onsite restaurant was perfect.

The in room onzen does make the room smell a little of sulfer, but the convenience is well worth it.

I feel so lucky to have booked this ryokan! I made plans to visit Nozawa Onsen area last minute, and all the ryokans were booked out except this one. I got the larger room (which was MUCH larger than I had expected) and it was amazing! The ryokan is cute, super convenient to have an onsen right at the premises, and centrally located to the nearest convenience store and main street with cafe, gift shop, and more. I would love to come back here for longer, was sad to leave after only one night! The food (dinner and breakfast) were both great, and the staff were all so kind and attentive.
