Location: close to cafes and restaurants and bus station.
Amenities: self-service towel refill as needed, dry room was good, beds comfy and warm. Loved the big shower / bathroom in the 2brm apartment, meaning 3 people could be using toilet, sink and shower/bath simultaneously. Apartment was spacious.
Host: Asami was amazing. Checked in on us daily when we got back and assisted with getting our luggage sent ahead of us back to airport.
Nothing. We chose to walk up to the Nagasaki gondola every morning so that definitely gets your legs and heart pumping! But maybe with young kids this might be challenging so should opt to take the shuttle bus from the station instead.

The location was perfect, both for skier and non skier. The owner (Ms. Asami) was so kind and helpful. the hotel was just perfect in every way and great value. Arigato, James
