The hosts Kan and Chi are fabulous. The lodge was very clean. The bathroom products were delightful The doonas are so comfortable.

The staff was friendly, location from the ski resort was amazing. Only a few minute walk. The beds were soo comfy
Distance from the main walking streets and onsens were a little far and it was a bit of a hike up while rolling our bags
