Alpine Villa Nozawa

Villa Nozawa is without question the best ski lodge I’ve ever stayed. The warmth of the staff, the incredible breakfast, the great facilities and location. It was such a pleasant surprise and I will 1000% be booking my dates again next year at Villa so I don’t miss out! In fact a shout out to the whole of Nozawa Holidays, everything ran like clock work!!!

My stay at Alpine Villa Nozawa was really really wonderful, exceding all of my expectations (that were already high)! The staff was incredible, welcoming and gave us lots of amazing tips on places to go, what to see, where to eat. The villa itself was beautiful, as was the room. We left knowing that we definitely want to come back soon!

The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was very nice.

it was good and big enough room for 5 people. there was a fire in the lounge room and it was good. people working there was friendly and really nice. location is also good for going ski/snowboard. there was free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. there was kids play room and our child was so happy to play there.

it was so cold room. Heater was not strong enough for that room because it was old. We had shower on the second day because it’s too cold to go to Onsen but water was freezing. I can’t believe hot water doesn’t come out in the middle of winter at bath room. there was a heater in the bathroom but fuel was run out so we couldn’t use it. anyway it was freezing. there was no hot water at toilet sink. There was sometimes hot water came out but it was so weak. there was no convenience store or super market nearby and vending machine was out of order at the hotel so we couldn’t get drinks easily.
