Toemu Nozawa Lodge

Spacious room with tatami area and tv, right near the ski lockers and ski fields. Very friendly and helpful staff, with warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything was clean, and the breakfast room was like a friendly lodge atmosphere with an enclosed wood burner. There were free communal amenities to make it easy to visit the local onsen (little baskets with pump bottles of soap etc that you can take with you to onsen and return when back). Had a wonderful time, and would love to go back. Staff also arranged for a driver to take us to our next location, which was around 45 minutes away, for a fair price. The town is small and this lodge was perfect walking distance to anywhere. The view from our room was beautiful.

Breakfast was a great start to the day. Plenty of options and friendly service. Staff were helpful and showed us around. Would recommend this as value option for stay in Nozawa.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were picked up from the station by smiley Henry who was very helpful throughout our stay. Lovely homey lodge close to town and Nagasaka Gondola. Japanese futon bedding and own bathroom as well as a shared bath if you wish. Breakfast was awesome and enough to get you ready for a day in the slopes!! Staff were always willing to help. 🙏🙏

It is a wooden lodge so unfortunately the people upstairs were thumping around day and night so we could hear and feel the thumping vibrations as the bedding is on the floor. (Just pack earplugs)
