The room was so comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of the mountain. We had booked for three nights, but unfortunately our stay was cut short due to an accident. The property owners were unbelievably kind and generous in helping us out. My only hope is to be able to go back and stay again - for the full length of stay - sometime again.

Etsuo and the team were extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. My partner sustained a skiing injury and afterwards Etsuo and his wife picked us up from the hospital, brought a plate off food, drove us to iiyama station the following day and contacted the ski rentals to assist our return of ski gear. Could not recommend any higher.

Place was very central. Near to both bus station, and the main ski areas.
The host were pleasant and helpful. I asked for help in opening wine bottles / beer etc and they gladly helped us.
It wasn’t the issue of the property. Just to say that the Onsen temperatures are very high in this area.
