Nozawa Gondola Apartments

Fantastic, comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location. Very well equipped kitchen and breakfast supplies provided.

As we arrived from Tokyo on a bus in the evening, it would have been great to have someone meeting us at the bus station in Nosawa, since its quite a long uphill walk to the apartment & with luggage and pouring rain...& no taxis. We had to call the management team to try to get someone to pick us up... then waiting for quite a while at the bus station, and after 18h journey to get there, was not a good start. Also, a very loud group was staying on bottom floor when we arrived, all their boots and ski gear was scattered around the seating area and fire place. Next morning the fire place was totally smashed & could not be used. Quite disappointing. Seems like the apartment complex need closer management of guests.

department is in a great location of very short walk to the Gondola. The apartment is very large and very nice. Akira at Nozawa Holidays was amazing and friendly

The apartment was really great. Beds are queen-size, and also bunks in the apartment we stayed in.

great option in Nozawa Onsen. Appartement with Japanese flair abd Western comfort. we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast basics found in fridge.
