Right in an onsen town it’s the best place to relax! The staff are super nice and will help you with anything. They would give us many recommendations of things in the area. The onsen and onsen town, Nozawa Onsen, is completely tattoo friendly (verified by Shirakaba). The room was nice and clean and the onsen was also very nice. A little hot for people getting used to onsen. But if you are seasoned (like me) I recommend it!!

Japanese staff . Shoes off at the door, comfy beds. Good breakfast. Would go again.

Location is fine but check-in was slow and chaotic, room was generic, onsen was small and uninspiring and breakfast was below average. Felt like a business hotel, really low value for the price.
