Unglaublich nettes Personal, liebevoll gestaltetes Foyer. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und wirklich local und nicht nur ein Schlagwort. Es war ein Buffet, man bekommt alles serviert und schön präsentiert, Küchenpersonal bzw. Kellner sehr nett mit ehrlichem Lächeln und offen für Fragen
Das Hotel sind etwas heruntergekommen, auch Onsen selbst sieht nicht so schön aus in der Wirklichkeit wie auf den Fotos, die wohl von der Eröffnung oder einer Sanierung stammen. Man merkt, dass Onsen schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber wenn man es ausblenden kann und genau hinschaut, dann ist es eigentlich ein sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltetes Onsen. Ab der zweiten Tacht hat es mich allerdings nicht mehr gestört ubd ich konnte das angenehme Wasser genießen
