About this apartment rental

The fully equipped apartment is located in a farmhouse built in 1898 and was extensively renovated in 2022 and brought up to the latest technical standards. With living space ventilation, floor heating, and natural lime plaster, the 50 m² apartment offers an ideal living environment. Due to its full and modern amenities, it is perfectly suited as a city apartment. Ecological and CO₂-free living is given significant importance. The power supply is supported by photovoltaics, heat is provided by an efficient heat pump, and the water supply for the toilet, washing machine, and garden is supplemented by a rainwater cistern.
