regret the booking on the condition of same cost of hotel. at least hotel provide Wifi ,breakfast

no Wifi and let we business can't use loptop to work. but the introduction of the room booking showed the room equiped with Wifi. next time, this lesson let me select Hotel for next time. business trip , WiFi is very very important to us job by computer. no parking area. the first night we spent 30 euros for one night to private service for car parking.

Freaking disgusting

Only the location for us

FREAKING DISGUSTING…we did not notice at first because we left right after we brought our luggage but then when unpacking we noticed A USED CONDOM UNDER THE BED….another piece of dried up condom in the hallway…it was vacuumed “where you can see” and for the price we paid definitely not worth it 260€\2nights/2people ….DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL…

Not a good experience for the price paid

The place was overall good and spacious, but it wasn't the one advertised.

The apartment was in Leuschner Straße 33A not at the address shown on Booking (WeimarStraße). The check-in process was really cumbersome and uncomfortable. We had to call the number many times and wait almost 15min over the check-in time (3 pm). Not really a good start. Then we got to the apartment and it was not clean, so we couldn't even use it when we arrived. We had to leave while they were cleaning it. And on top of that, they didn't even supply the loo roll. Very unpleasant for 110€. Not recommended.

location was perfect.

+- 5 minutes from the hauptbahnhof with the S-Bahn. The location is central and less than 1 klm from the City, it is just 2, 3 minutes from the Berliner Platz station (Liederhalle). Check in was really fast and uncomplicated. The Host arrived with the key within 3 minutes of my arrival, My phone had died 5 minutes before, I was really lucky, at the last minute to send a petition for my check in time. 😉🙏

the apartment is equipped with the essentials, for short stay, ...but for the price quality price is notable that the apartment needs a refurbishment in the furniture and a new entrance door. The fire station must be a few meters away, because the sirens blared all the time, day and night.

Room was not ready in time. Booking.com is promising an arrival at noon. I arrived there at six and had to wait one more hour. Room looks totally different und cleanliness was poor (blood on furniture)

Aufenthalt in City West Studio/Apartment

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut erreichbar sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch mit der U-Bahn. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Rewe) liegen in der Nähe. Schlüsselübergabe war unproblematisch.

Leider hat es in der Wohnung ziemlich stark nach Rauch/ Zigaretten gerochen, in der Dusche war kein Duschkopf und Hygiene könnte insgesamt besser sein.

schlechte Organisation

Für die Schlüsselübergabe erhält man eine Ansage, dass man 30 min vorher anrufen soll und ab 18:30 Uhr die Übergabe mit extra 50 € abgerechnet wird. Wir haben uns mit einer konkreten Zeit angemeldet, nur kam niemand. Nach mehrmaligen teils wegen Verständigungsproblemen fehlgeschlagenen Anrufen erhielten wir die Auskunft, dass wir in ein anderes Appartment "unweit" umgebucht wurden ohne vorherige Information. Dort dauerte es wiederum viel Zeit, bis ein Mitarbeiter öffnete, der offentsichtlich gerade noch schnell dieses Appartment hergerichtet hat. Organisation nicht professionell. Starker Zeitverzug für uns.

Nie wieder!!!! Vor allem hätte ich stutzig werden müssen, dass es lediglich eine Telefonnummer und keine Adresse als Kon

Lediglich die zentrale Lage.

Oberflächlich war das Zimmer sauber, aber… Die Küchenzeile klebte von altem Dreck. Der Wasserkocher, der Toaster und die Mikrowelle waren extrem verdreckt. Die Gläser im Schrank waren benutzt und es gab nur eine Tasse. Eine Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Der Warmwasserbereiter war defekt, ebenso die Dunstabzugshaube. Auf mehrfachem Anruf bei der Kontaktnummer wurden die gröbsten Mengel behoben. An den Nachttischen gab es jeweils zwei Steckdosen von denen aber nur je eine funktionierte. Diese waren jedoch mit dem elektrischen Heizkörper und der Nachttischlampe belegt. Ansonsten bestand die Möglichkeit mit verstaubten und verdreckten Heizlüftern das Zimmer zu wärmen.

Dort, nie wieder!

Die Sauberkeit ist bei diesem Preis miserabel. Warmes Wasser hat weder in der Dusche noch am Waschbecken funktioniert. Die Dunstabzugshaube wird ohne Filter betrieben, daher kann man sich vorstellen, wie sich bereits Fetttropfen gebildet haben und nur darauf warten, in die Pfanne zurückzutropfen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem normalen Wohnhaus, und entsprechend war der Lärm von den Anwohnern vorhanden.
