Nice and cosy near center
Nice, cozy, clean, and quiet. Easy check-in process. City center in short walking distance. Near public transportation.
For us, it was not a problem, but notice there is no living room, only dining room. In the large bedroom, there is a small ceiling window. We did not find a way to darken it.

Konumu güzel temiz ev rahat ortam
Tabi ki konumu harika, istasyonlara çok yakın. Sakin bir bölgede bulunmakta, 3 arkadaş konakladık çok rahat ettik, 2 aile geldiğinde rahat konaklayabilir , ev sahibi profesyonel hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık.

zentral gelegen, Stadtmitte und S-Bahn zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Sehr einfacher Check-In, da gute Kommunikation.
Könnte etwas sauberer sein, Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig, Spinnweben im Wohnzimmer und Bad, Heizkörper voller Staub. Etwas spartanisch eigerichtet, aber für 2 Nächte OK

Perfekt für Touris in Stuttgart
Tolle Lage, die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, alles sauber, es gab Instantkaffe und Kapseln für die Nespressomaschine. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und man hatte ohne nachhören zu müssen alle Infos, die man brauchte! Danke, wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Achtung! Am Wochenende Partyzone!!!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön saniert bzw renoviert. Es sieht alles sehr neu aus. Bequeme Betten. Das Bad ist klein, aber sehr schön gemacht.
Leider war bei unserer Ankunft noch schmutziges Geschirr im Geschirrspüler. Außerdem könnte die Küchenfront mal wieder geputzt werden. Diese war sehr fettverschmiert. In einem der Schlafzimmer gibt es kein Fenster, sondern nur ein Oberlicht, welches sich nicht öffnen lässt. Bis dahin hätte man trotzdem 8 Punkte vergeben können, aber: Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts und trotzdem sollte man es wissen. Die WOHNUNG NICHT BUCHEN WENN ES HEIß UND WOCHENENDE IST!!!!!! Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG und deshalb ziemlich warm. Es gibt zwar im Wohn/ Essbereich 3 Fenster, aber als wir übernachtet haben ( Freitag auf Samstag) wurde überall Party gemacht, Marihuana geraucht und bis spät in die Nacht bzw bis zum frühen Morgen sich lauthals unterhalten. Die Fenster sind zwar gut schalldicht, aber bei der Hitze mussten wir die Fenster offen lassen. An Schlaf war also nicht zu denken!!! Schade.

Bien, pero la puerta estaba atascada y casi no pudimos entrar
La puerta de entrada estaba rota o atascada, no sabemos, pero no podiamos abrirla, tuvieron que abrirnos por el telefonillo. Menos mal que era por la tarde, si hubiese sido por la noche, a ver como entrabamos al edificio.
