Perfect place to stay if you are attending Stuttgart Messe!

The place was very clean and well maintained. Saverio was incredibly kind and helpful — he even offered me a ride from the metro station to the property, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect if you’re attending the fair, with supermarkets, bakeries, and other shops just around the corner. Super recommended!

Only comment is that the pillows were uncomfortable for us. Other than that excellent.

We stayed at Deluxe Apartments Messe Flughafen for 8 nights in Leinfelden-Echterdingen (Aug 15 – Aug 23), and the apartment fully met all our expectations. Everything was perfect: cleanliness, space, organization, and a well-equipped kitchen — we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Additionally, there’s a bakery just across the street, so a fresh espresso every morning was guaranteed — it couldn’t have been better! The hosts are wonderful people, always kind and attentive to any request or question. A big advantage is that they live in the same building, just upstairs, which made it very easy to reach them if needed. Fortunately, we never had any situation that required their intervention. We truly had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Apartment Laura-Risika on the beautiful island of Krk! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and friendly host. We received some refreshments and a bottle of locally made olive oil. They were so helpful and made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was spotless and in perfect condition. Everything was well-maintained, and it had all the essentials needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. From a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely balcony to enjoy the peaceful surroundings – everything was just perfect! The location is also excellent. Risika is a quiet and charming little town, and within approximately 25 to 30 minutes by car, you can reach all the nearby towns including the popular spots of Punat and Malinska. It’s the ideal base for exploring the island. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located apartment with an amazing host, Apartman Laura-Risika is an absolute must!

WiFi didn't work. Pillows didn't provide any support. Parking was limited due to the building being surrounded by scaffolding.

Good option to stay near the airport / fair.

The place is well equipped. One thing that is truly missing is a proper desk table and chair to work with computer. There is a baker in front and a deli shop on the side. The new market also offers options for food. Supermarket is a little far. At least 20 min walking. Train station is 11min away.

There is no easy way to work with your computer. The only option is the dinner table that has no support for your back. The bathroom could have some hangers too.

The apartment is so clean that it looks like new. The location is perfect, very near to the train station. There is a bakery just opposite and there is a supermarket in the walking distance. It was uncomplicated to check in and check out. The hosts are nice and helpful. It is also possible to park free.

Great place for both short and long-stay

Very clean and newly renovated. Parking lots were in front of the house. The host was very responsive and close by. The apartment was very well equipped.

The flat was souterrain and facing a main street. The windows were double-glazed and sound isolating, but the door was not. Therefore, it was rather loud in the morning.

It was a great place to stay, close to my German relatives. Will try again for our next trip.

The hosts were very responsive regarding our delayed arrival (due to airline delays). The apartment was very clean and the kitchenette well stocked. A wonderful bakery was 2 buildings down the street!!

The sofa bed was only 1/2 comfortable, but the other beds were perfect

apartment backed to street and petrol station (no problem) incl. a bench accommodating a group of people enjoying some company and a chat. both nights for hours (closing the window helped, though 😇). I appreciate, that’s not in the power of the owners
