For us a perfect location for access to Stuttgart local supermarkets and restaurants

Wholly inadequate hob which we were unable to heat food. Very basic facilities and very thin walls. Not really sufficient kitchen utensils and crockery Beds were comfortable

Great location, friendly host with a great restaurant. We'd do it again.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent to attend the Volksfest and was also convenient to public transportation. The beds were comfortable.

Parking was difficult but not expensive. We were very fortunate to find a space very close to the rooms; but you had to feed the meter every morning. But for a full day 0800-2200 it was only 10.30 Euros a day. This room was great for younger folks traveling without much luggage. It is two full flights of steps up.

The apartment did not meet our expectations.

It's extremely hard to get to the apartment with the luggage because of the stairs. On the ground floor there is a restaurant so to get to the apartment you need to go through inside the crowded restaurant, which was inconvenient. The bathroom, kitchen, and the bedroom all in one space of about 15 sq.m., very small space.

Jó áron, jó helyen, de közepes kényelem

Kedvező volt az ár, közel volt a tömegközlekedés, csendes és biztonságos a környék. A kicsekkolás könnyen ment, csak lent kellett hagynunk az asztalon a kulcsot.

Az ágy nem volt túl kényelmes, illetve azt olvastuk a leírásban, hogy össze lehet tolni a két egyszemélyes ágyat, de a keret vastag, úgyhogy nem tudtunk ketten együtt aludni, ha ezt tudjuk előre, akkor valószínűleg nem ide foglalunk. A fürdőszoba egyben van kvázi a hálószobával, az kicsit furcsa, jobb lenne leválasztva. Hajszárító és sampon nem volt bekészítve a szobába, de amikor szóltunk a szállásadónak üzenetben, akkor intézkedett, ez pozitív volt.

Gute Lage mit

Verqualmter Eingangsbereich, sehr kleines Appartment, Dusche im Schlafzimmer nur durxh einen Paravent abgetrennt, ein Sitzplatz am kleinen Tisch direkt vor der Tür zur Küche. Für 2 Personen alles genau 2x vorhanden (Besteck, Gläser...), Fernseher funktionierte nicht und zu allem Überfluss gab es einen Tag keinen Strom

Apartament byl bardzo maly , z lazienka w pokoju ,oddzielona jedynie jakims parawanem. Różnił sie od tego który rezerwowalismy z zdjec podanych przez wlasciciela. Pajeczyny to juz przesada. Zakaz palenia to jakis żart ,poniewaz wlasciciel pali caly czas i nieprzyjemny zapach jest obecny caly czas . Uwazam ze 20 euro za dzien ,za obecnosc psa to gruba przesada,zwazywszy na to ze ,nie bylo dla niego żadnego udogodnienia( pies lekliwy nie wszedlby po tych schodach) ,nie wyobrazam sobie wynajmowac tego lokum w lecie, nie ma klimatyzacji.

Nix für Gehbehinderte, top für junge oder fitte Menschen, die auf Preis-Leistung achten.

An sich ist das Appartment nett und es ist alles da was ein oder zwei junge bzw. fitte Menschen so brauchen. Die Lage ist für meinen Geschmack sehr gut, da es zwar ruhig gelegen ist, aber U-Bahn und Bus sehr schnell und leicht zu erreichen sind und man schnell in der Stadtmitte ist; der Hop-on-Hop-Off-Sightseeing-Bus ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie verschiedene Museen, Biergarten, Club (Friedas Pier).... Falls jemand zum Wasen möchte oder ins Fußballstadion etc. sind diese sogar fußläufig zu erreichen. Freundliche Gastgeber, das Essen im Restaurant ist zwar nicht günstig aber wirklich lecker.

Für Menschen, die Probleme mit dem Gehen haben absolut ungeeignet, absolut nicht barrierefrei. Bei Dunkelheit geht das Licht viel zu schnell aus, so dass man evtl. im Dunkeln die Treppen laufen muss..... Das Problem ist, dass diese Info nicht auf der Homepage zu finden ist. Falls doch, wüsste ich nicht wo, weil es sooo versteckt ist. Irgendwo steht was von 18 Stufen, es sind jedoch deutlich mehr - bestimmt 30 Stufen. Auch die Dusche ist alles andere als barrierefrei und es gibt keine Haltegriffe. Immerhin wurde extra eine Duschmatte für uns gekauft, so dass unser Opa nicht noch in der Dusche ausrutscht. Der Strom fiel aus und das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Ein Mal war auch laut Party im Keller bis um 1Uhr nachts, was deutlich im 2. Stock noch zu hören war. Wenn in der Beschreibung steht, dass englisch gesprochen wird, dann aber keiner anwesend ist, der die Sprache spricht, ist das eigentlich auch nicht ganz in Ordnung.... Das wäre aber alles ausnahmsweise noch tolerierbar gewesen, wenn es nicht für unseren älteren Herrn wirklich gefährlich gewesen wäre mit den Treppen und im Dunkeln. Leider gab es keine Kompensation in irgendeiner Form - wir hätten auch einen Restaurantgutschein genommen. Es wurde zwar von Anfang an reklamiert, aber da war das Zimmer schon bezahlt, eine Stornierung nicht möglich (und eine Alternative so schnell nicht zu finden). Bei kleineren Problemen haben die Gastgeber zumindet versucht, uns zu helfen. Kurz gesagt in unserem Fall enttäuschend war, dass es keinerlei Kompensation gab. Denn wenn klar gewesen wäre, was uns erwartet, hätte ich diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall gebucht! Generell: Bitte deutliche Info auf die Homepage, dass diese Unterkunft nicht für Menschen geeignet ist, die nur langsam oder erschwert gehen können.
