Friendly Customer Support, Overall Satisfied
The location was very nice with a large shopping mall and subway/bus station nearby. I personally loved the staff's friendliness and their prompt responses to our queries.
We encountered a few problems with the room condition on the first day of our stay. The staff immediately came back to our place to fix the problem, but it got worse the next day, so we had to call the staff again. Though it was Sunday and her day off, the staff came over to offer a better, upgraded alternative so we could stay in a different room. The staff was super friendly, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts and customer service.
We were informed that we would get a compensation for the inconveniences we had to go through, but we did not receive it on the promised date. I waited a bit longer, but I still haven’t received it.

An Absolute Disaster - Unprofessional and Unprepared
I cannot stress enough how terrible our stay was. This was, without a doubt, the worst and most unprofessional rental experience I have ever had.
The problems started at check-in. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up with the keys. When we finally got inside, the apartment was freezing cold. We discovered there is no working heating system. Nothing was mentioned about this during check-in. We had to call the owner again and wait for someone to bring electric heaters, which was both inconvenient and worrying.
The most infuriating part was the key situation. We were not given a key that worked for the main building door. When we returned late at night, we were locked out in the cold. We had to make yet another emergency call and wait for someone to arrive with the correct key—a basic necessity we should have had from the start. Owners didn't even seem apologetic and made us feel it was our fault. We were utterly speechless .
Communication was a massive issue throughout. The staff did not speak German or English well, making it incredibly difficult to resolve any of these problems efficiently.
This property is completely unprepared for guests. Save yourself the immense frustration and avoid this place at all costs. We will never be returning.

Meine beste Freundin und ich hatten uns riesig auf unseren Aufenthalt in Stuttgart gefreut. Da wir etwas früher angekommen sind, haben wir höflich nachgefragt, ob wir eventuell schon vor dem offiziellen Check-in um 15:00 Uhr ins Apartment könnten. Am Telefon war eine sehr freundliche (wie sich später herausstellte: nur scheinbar freundliche) Dame, die meinte, die Putzfrau sei noch nicht da, wir dürften aber gerne schon unsere Koffer abstellen und könnten um 15:00 Uhr offiziell einchecken.
Gesagt, getan – wir stellten unsere Sachen ab und freuten uns auf den Aufenthalt. Als wir um 15:15 Uhr zurückkehrten, war das Apartment allerdings immer noch völlig verschmutzt. Überall Haare, Essensreste – einfach unhygienisch. Wir hatten an diesem Tag noch ein wichtiges Event um 19:00 Uhr und brauchten Zeit, uns vorzubereiten. Ich habe mehrfach versucht, die Vermieterin telefonisch zu erreichen. Einmal ging sie ran und erklärte, dass sich die Putzfrau verspäte, aber „maximal 30 Minuten“ brauche. Nach 40 Minuten ohne Rückmeldung habe ich erneut angerufen – diesmal ohne Erfolg. Erst als meine Freundin mit einer anderen Nummer anrief, wurde wieder reagiert. Die Vermieterin versprach erneut, dass die Putzfrau „gleich da“ sei.
Erst eine Stunde später erschien dann tatsächlich jemand – allerdings nicht die Putzfrau, sondern eine Freundin der Vermieterin, die versuchte, das Apartment notdürftig zu reinigen. Letztendlich konnten wir erst gegen 17:00 Uhr einziehen – und selbst dann war es immer noch schmutzig. Zudem funktionierte die Heizung nicht richtig, und wir hatten nur kleine, laute Heizgeräte, durch die an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Es war kalt, und infolgedessen wurden wir krank und konnten am Montag nicht zur Arbeit gehen.
Auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer angemessenen Entschädigung wurde zunächst gar nicht reagiert. Erst am Samstagabend erhielten wir das Angebot, eine Stunde länger im Apartment bleiben zu dürfen – was wir natürlich nicht als faire Lösung ansahen.

Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr schön. Alles da was man braucht. Tolle Lage - direkte Nähe zur Einkaufspassage. Und mit 8 min Fußweg zu s- und U-Bahn auch gut angebunden. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Kontaktpersonen. Vielen Dank für alles!
