To be honest, the price is a bit high, but otherwise everything is fine.

The location is good, in the center, You can cook, there is a balcony😇 The owner is good;)

The sofa for sleeping is very rough, and the sofa for sitting is also rough, the bathroom is retro style😬

Great location for short stay

Location. Just a couple if minutes of walk from the S-bahn station. Two supermarkets are just around the corner. There are other shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well equipped and it looks clean. The free access to the laundry room is convenient. The host is nice and friendly.

The apartment was is dated and the furniture especially the doors are old and worn out. And, it is very dark especially in the kitchen area. The whole building is full of cigarette smell which gies into the apartment very easily.

Very nice stay for a family vacation

The property lies in the centre of downtown Stuttgart very close to everything in fact.

Since it is in the centre it becomes noisy at night but the sound was less when the windows are closed

Disappointing

No air conditioning, the temperature climbed in the room when the weather was only 26 outside. Many bad smells in the buildings, a lot of noise outside.

Stuttgart amazing but the apartment definitely never again

The location was good for our needs

The apartment was very dated and definitely needed a makeover. When I booked the apartment I thought it looked lovely,but it was definitely not the apartment I looked at in the photos.Handles missing from wardrobe,exposed plug,bathroom needed a good clean.No settee to sit on and if you did want to watch the tv it was very limited channel wise.

The apartment was perfect for what we needed, it was in a great central location, all the essentials were there and we found the bed very comfortable.

The bed could be bigger but it was absolutely fine to for a couple to sleep in for a few nights.

Excellent location, next to a U-Bahn station and also very close to the city center by foot. There are many supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby as well.

Not the most comfortable place to stay, but it is a great choice to just spend the night after being traveling all around the city.

Great location. It's near to S-bahn, which has direct train to airport (30 minutes to airport). Also near to shopping district (Königstrsße), supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants..

There were all the facillities to prepair a very good breakfast! The appartment was cozy, comfortable, with balcony. The heating was very good. There were smart tv wifi, hair dryer, iron, a big table for 4 persons. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, also pan, pot, kettle pan. There were paper toilet, garbage baggs, dish detergent etc. Near to the center of the city,

I prefer thicker pillows.

Spacious and convenient place for your short stay in STU central

The location is very good. Nearest entrance to the U-Bahn station with direct S-Bahn interchange is some 50 metres away. The house provides hints of Bauhaus (the architecture and design academy in Weimar famous for its industrial design/styling, NOT the German DIY chain) flair: simplicity, functional, industrial. The balcony is a plus.

The fridge in the bigger apartment is very loud, I have to turn it off to sleep. Original windows and balcony door from the 70' are not sound proof. I couldn't find waste sorting, it seems that one has to throw all the waste in one bin... This is absolutely not environmental friendly. The street where the house is located is somehow not so amiable, with busy construction sites and one or two bars too many.

Comfortable place to stay in the middle of the city

Though the apartment I stayed in (Sophienstrasse) is not exactly modern, it is top clean and a lovely place to feel at home. I loved the central location, the ease of travelling by public transport, the relatively quiet house, the fully equipped kitchen (including coffee and spices), the newly renovated bathroom, the very comfortable bed and the balcony to relax on during the warm summer days. Warm and personal welcome by the owner.

The location is right in the city within walking distance to the main attractions: museums, theatre, restaurants and historical sights. The bakery, which is 3 min walk, sells lovely pretzels and breakfast rolls, the beer garden is just across the road. Apartment is very clean and well equipped for a short stay. The host met me for the check in and introduced to the apartment. He was a great host, thank you!

Do expect some city noise such police sirens, cleaning machines and people talking loudly outside (especially nighttime over the weekend). The pictures on Booking.com are for two different apartments and it is slightly confusing which of them do you actually book.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war wirklich hervorragend. Gerade für junge Leute ist diese Unterkunft durch ihre Lage

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Sehr gut war die Lage, da man gleich ums Eck eine U-Bahn Station hat, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Shoppingmals.

Uns hat wirklich alles sehr gefallen und das einzige was wir bemängeln könnten ist, dass das Geschirr nicht gut geputzt wurde von den Vorgängern. Das ist wirklich das einzige aber das haben wir dann einfach selber nochmal abgewaschen und dann war das Problem auch schon gelöst.
