Comfortable and clean room with nice extras.

Good location for us, near bus stop and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have the communal kitchen as well as our own refrigerator. Very nice host.

Modern, very clean and great value for the area

super clean, well-appointed, modern feel & high standard design. Good sound insulation from the street. Nice common kitchen area, with coffee & a water machine. This is now my go-to lodging choice when visiting Stuttgart.

specific to a summer heat wave, an in-room fan would be a nice touch, as the street sound carries quite a bit when a window is open

Clean, room is big, and with a nice bathroom. There is a small kitchen outside to use with a balcony. In the kitchen you have some basic stuffs to cook. The host is very nice and easy going!

There is no working desk there. Internet WIFI sometimes had little problem.

The flat was recently remodelled and they had done a beautiful job. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen worked just fine. The bathroom was beautiful. Very pleased with our stay.

シャンプーやボディソープがなく、その旨伝えたら「ストックが切れている。この宿はホテルでないから自分で準備して欲しい」旨言われた。また、ドライヤーも壊れていた。日曜日だからすぐには持って来れないと言われ、極寒だったこともあり風呂に入れない日があった。コップもなかったし、booking.com上で連絡しても返事はなかった。(おかしいと思い確認したところwhats upで連絡がきてました。) ちなみにこれらは全て我々が宿泊する前に booking.comのレビューで指摘されており、事前に対応できたはずだが対応していなかった。私は30回以上ヨーロッパに旅行していますが、シャンプーもボディソープも置かれていない宿は初めてでした。対応も酷く、いちいち何か余計なことを言い大変不快でしたし、すぐに対応してくれるわけでもなく、せっかくの旅行中に何度も宿主に連絡する羽目になりました。この宿は別の宿と比べても激安だったわけでもないので、他の宿を選ぶことを強く推奨します。

Es sieht zwar so aus wie auf dem fotos, aber dusche war verrostet, zimmer hat nach kalten rauch gerochen, alle amaturen wsren nicht richtig an der Wand festgeschraubt.
