Super clean, and the host is super nice :) There's even a little shelf/bar from which you can buy basic things like water at very good price.
There's a building under construction (or renovation?) very close to my window and they start working at like 8AM, making it impossible to sleep in. I wonder if it would be better if I sleep with all windows shut, but then ventilation would be a problem since there's no AC.

Beautiful neighborhood, great location with walkable access to city center
We stayed on ground floor, morning noise with trash bins were not ideal.

Close to town and supermarket. Plenty of eateries. Good information, clean and very tidy. Good parking. Emergency supplies avaliable abd a free croissant for breakfast.
We arrived in a heat wave. No fan for the first 2 nights. The room was at pavement level which meant limited ability to open windows very unbearable. A fan would be a must even in a normal summerWe were given a fan the last night which made a difference . Room was much smaller than we expected and if staying here we recommend you book a bigger room. The bed was a challenge for a couple and any one older would struggle to get in and out from the wall side

My actual requirement is a Apartment with Two separate Bed Rooms (with Double Bed) with Bathrooms and Kitchen. When I searching in Booking.com, this apartment described the room as "Double Room with Private Bathroom". So I thought it has two separate rooms. But unfortunately it was a small single room with one queen bed , kitchen & bathroom. WIFI also frequently got disconnected. totally upset.
