For us the perfect place to stay, because of an event nearby (Let's Get Wild, Sängerhalle).

The appartment is in an excellent condition,with a modern house installation, highly funtional. As a "Bauhaus" fan I like appartments with a clear design, that are not "overloaded".

The perfect place to stay when visiting Stuttgart

MoNo is pretty much faultless - we enjoyed every part of our stay. Communication with the property manager was easy and Benjamin met us to hand over the keys and give us some information upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and very well set up with a great kitchen and sitting room. We appreciated the proper sofa and the smart TV that enabled us to play our own media. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. We stayed for three nights and would have liked to stay longer. The location is outside the central area of Stuttgart (about 10 minutes by train) but it's still in area 1 for public transport and there are light rail and train stations a few minutes walk away. I don't think you could find a better place to stay.

Clean and spacious modern aparthotel

Very clean, modern and stylish. More like a spacious condo than a hotel and would make a great extended stay location. Design touches were nice and bed and furniture exceptionally comfortable. Manager was super helpful and waiting for me on arrival, nice personal touches.

A nice residential-ish location, there is shopping and a few restaurants not too far a walk but it's not convenient for center city. You can walk to Mercedes by the river in like 20 minutes and like 5 minutes to train stop. It was pretty convenient for the concert venue I can to town for though.

Wunderschön

Es war einfach perfekt! Geräumige, saubere, gemütliche, moderne Wohnung. Vollständige Ausstattung. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ( U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Bus) im Umkreis von 500 m.. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt bei unserer Ankunft. Ich werde wieder diese Wohnung reservieren.

Opravdu hezky zařízený apartmán. Je zde vše, co potřebujete. Moderní a vkusné. Kousek od Muzea Mercedes a v okolí pár vinařů, které doporučuji navštívit. Parkování v areálu. V okolí spousta cyklostezek.

Fantastisch appartement!

Wat een ontzettend fijn appartement! We verbleven van vrijdag tm maandag maar dat had gerust langer mogen duren. We werden vriendelijk opgewacht bij het complex en kregen duidelijke uitleg. De appartementen zijn heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Extra wc papier, voldoende koffie en thee, Vaatwastabletten en een kleine verrassing in de koelkast. Het appartement is leuk ingedeeld en schoon. Bedden zijn heerlijk! Leuke nis bij slaapkamer en keuken om in te zitten bij de raam. Je kunt de ramen mooi verduisteren. Er staat zelfs een strijkijzer, paraplu en EHBO setje. Ook is er een kluisje aanwezig en een box zodat je muziek kunt afspelen. Badkamer is ook mooi en ruim van opzet. Onderin het gebouw is een was ruimte waar je gratis de was kunt doen en gebruik kunt maken van de droger. Je kunt ook een wasrek mee naar het appartement nemen. Er zit een pizzeria op loopafstand (Matheo) die ook grote familiepizzas verkoopt. Iets daarvoor zit een bakker met heerlijk vers brood in de ochtend. Iets verder weg een enorme Kaufland supermarkt. Openbaar vervoer zit om de hoek maar vond een kaartje kopen onduidelijk en trein has vertraging. Verder echt een absolute aanrader dit appartement! Fantastisch verblijf en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Als ik iets moet zeggen zou t zij dat er geen airco is? Je wil frisse lucht dus zet de ramen open. Gebouw ligt vlakbij station dus veel kabaal buiten.

Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und wir wurden über die Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung informiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und groß, sodass wir ausreichend Platz gehabt hatten. Der Schlafbereich kann mit einer Schiebetür geschlossen werden inkl. Vorhänge. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude war inkludiert, was uns ebenfalls sehr zugesagt hat. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall erneut buchen wollen.

Les yeux fermés

Nous avons tout aimé. Ça commence par une localisation dans un beau quartier résidentiel vert et au calme, à 5mns à pieds des lignes U4 et S1. Puis, un accueil chaleureux et sympathique et un accompagnement jusqu'à notre logement. Un partage de lieux où dîner, aller boire un verre, faire des courses. Nous avons testé un bar à cocktails de la liste et ce fut un excellent choix. Ensuite découverte de notre logement, premiers mots : c'est immense ! Nous faisons le tour : c'est très joli et décoré avec goût, très bien équipé (je pense n'avoir jamais occupé un logement aussi bien équipé). Rien ne manque,, que ce soit dans la cuisine ou la salle de bains. Cette dernière est assez grande, notamment la douche. Dans la chambre séparée, la literie est confortable, nous y avons bien dormi. Et pour finir, de petites attentions à notre égard dans le réfrigérateur. Notre conclusion : allez y les yeux fermés, c'est une valeur sûre. Une excellente adresse à Stuttgart rapport qualité/prix.

Wertig, stylisch, gemütlich.

Wertiger Bau, hochkomfortabel augestattet, geschmackvoll designt und eingerichtet. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die großen Sitzfenster aus Holz haben uns besonders begeistert - sie schaffen eine total gemütliche, helle Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt.

Fantastisch appartement en heel vriendelijk en behulpzame host.

Vriendelijkheid en soepel contact met de host. Appartement was heel mooi en proper. Dichtbij de tram die je naar het centrum brengt. Gratis parkeren is ook zeker een pluspunt.

In de directe omgeving zijn er niet echt terrasjes ofzo. Voor ons was dit niet erg, wij kwamen enkel voor de voetbal en het stadion ligt op wandelafstand.
