La ubicación. A unos metros de la parada de autobús para ir A Europa Park o para ir a Ringsheim. Y también a unos metros de dos supermercados, Lidl y otro local.
El personal de la Recepción, en particular el que parece ser “encargado. Una persona déspota, despectiva y diría que racista. Cero vocación de servicio, aunque a determinados clientes si le salía mejor. En general, no son amables, parece que te hacen el favor. El hotel, cómodo?…. tuvo mejores momentos, mal mantenimiento. El baño, extractor MUY ruidoso, el agua se sale de la ducha. Habitaciones: papel tapiz despegado en las uniones. No reponen 2 cápsulas de café que pusieron el primer día. La limpieza, regular. Tuvimos suciedad que nos acompañó durante toda la estancia. Los muelles para abrir los cajones, rotos. No hay caja de seguridad. No hay armario. Mucho ruido en los pasillos, está mal aislada la habitación. Para el precio, no lo vale y las supuestas estrellas, considero no son congruentes.

Leider waren zu dieser Zeit ein oder zwei Schulklassen direkt ob unserem Zimmer einquartiert. Sie waren um 23.30h immer noch sehr laut😔❗️
