Excellent, we really loved Bell Rock. We will definitely be back.
Excellent pool facilities, very clean and efficiently run, attentive friendly staff, excellent facilities. Close to Europa park, option to use facilities in the other resort hotels.
Excellent overall. Would prefer to have separate pool changing facilities for men and women.

Lovely stay but bwtter communication b
The location for entry to Europa park is only a 5 minute walk away. The pool and the water fire show at the hotel was amazing.
When checking in at reception I was not told that the last hour into Europa Park was free, this should be communicated to guests. When I rang reception from my room to see where the kids disco was the person then told me about the last hour free into the park. I was told the wrong time and missed most of the last hour in the park, this really infuriated me.

Beautiful property, skip the resturaunt
It was in walking distance to Park. Boston themed hotel. A/c worked great and was wonderful after a long day in the sun. Breakfast was good and enough (included in stay). Parking was included which was also a plus for us. Room we stayed in had one bed for two and a bunkbed. Immaculate building, very clean, beautiful grounds, great gym with up to date equipment. The brownie with ice cream was really good at the outside resturaunt and had live music. Breakfast was included and was already plated and served to you, fruit cup, yogurt, bread, choice of bacon or sausage and choice of eggs.
Room didn't have a mini fridge or microwave. Didn't like glass window for the shower, the sliding door that can see into the shower if moved to separate rooms. Long line for the pool, doesn't stay open late and opens midday (3pm) Didnt care too much for the lobster bisque (too salty) and the food was decent but the price was not. Skip the onsite resturaunt, eat there if you must. The line for breakfast even though I had a reservation for a specific time.

Schöner Aufenthalt in gepflegter Atmosphäre.
Sehr nettes Personal, alles sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Das Morgenessen resp. Morgenbuffet ist sehr vielfältig.
Das Buffet am Abend welches dazu gebucht werden kann ist für uns zu teuer geworden (47.50) Jedes Getränk auch Wasser muss teuer dazu gekauft werden, die Süssgetränke beinhalten nur 2dl. Bei dem Buffetpreis sollte zumindest Sprudelwasser dabei sein.
