Pricey for a nice bed and airconditioning and no pool.

Nice beds, good airconditioning. We liked the atomospheric lights in the room and the room comes with a big tv.

The pool wasn’t open and it was a very hot day. We booked it for the pool, so it was a big disappointment to find out it wasn’t open. They were quite blase about it, it had to do with the quality of the water. Still I feel that you can’t charge the full price but not offer what it says in the description. No discount was offered. We wouldn’t have booked it if we had known. The restaurant opens for breakfast till 10:00 and is open again at 18:00 o’clock. It seems the town caters so much for Rulantica and Europa park that we felt limited in where to eat during the day. You have to pay extra to park your car at the hotel but they do offer a voucher for parking at Rulantica.

Comfortable and a wonderful stay.everything was worth it

I really liked the breakfast and dinner. I believe the quality was exceptional. I had the a la carte, I asked for a salad, and a sirloin steak and cheesecake. It was all very good. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The bus was not running, so we walked down to Europa park. It was a pleasant walk. There was a great variety of restaurants near by. So we never worried about where to eat. Just what we were in the mood for.

The dinner was fine dining. So it’s priced a little high. But the quality was worth it. The bus was not working. Can this be resolved? I don’t know who needs to know about this.

good but improvable

the room and the domotive to control the room… it’s a brend new structure and the entire hotel is modern

the fact that there was a DRILL AT 9AM under our room… then the fact that on booking it says heated pool .. and the receptionist told us “heated by the sun” (bro are u For real?) and she didn’t even know about anything for the charging station for the car.

A good family stay.

The hotel is a great location for the theme parks; the hotel restaurant has a great menu that met the needs of my family and friends. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall the hotel was great value for money and we would definitely return in the future.

Minimalist and Smart

Very nice hotel, location isn't bad, about 15 minutes walking distance to Europa-Park. The room's design is minimalistic with cool technology such as smart light and AC control. First hotel in my trip to have a smart TV and Netflix! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We booked it for 2 nights they didn't clean our rooms even when we requested them .even towels weren't changed..Staff was also not too friendly

1-When I was checking out , hotel staff asked me to pay one night for two rooms because my initial booking was from 24-28th /July, but I changed this from booking and I have email confirmation from booking that my stay has been updated as I requested 25th-29th July, unfortunately and rudely the hotel manager through phone conversation asked me to pay aroud 500 Euros!! For a night that I wasn't there and in very rude way she told me that I booked rooms as nonrefundable because I am looking for cheap reservations!! This is the first time in my life I face such customer service, I paid whatever thay asked me to pay because I didn't want to spend one minute more on this hotel , and I am reporting this to Booking management because I paid for 5 nights while my booking was for 4 nights with a prove from booking.com 2- also the restaurant and cooking smell is all over the rooms and you have to use perfumes all the time otherwise u will find food smell in ur clothes ... 3-Breakfast variety is less than expected..

It is a pity that considering the price there is no nespresso in the room, but plastic pods and that as of 9h45 the waffles dough,.. is not replaced, the buffet no longer filled.

Disappointing

The price is far too high for what the hotel offers. I was very dissatisfied with the room. I was accommodated in the basement next to the kitchen, restaurant. Very noisy. Swimming pool was included in the price of the accommodation, but could not get in. Water was too cold, no heating. So could not swim. In addition to the very expensive accommodation, we also paid for a very expensive breakfast (a very thin one). It is meant to be a 4 star hotel, unfortunately this did not show. Regretfully, a black ball. Overall I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Helpful hotel staff and the proximity to the promenade along Bell Rock and Colosseo resorts towards the park is a big plus

there were some construction works going on in the hotel so sometimes it got a bit noisy , but these kinda things are understandable as they need to be done.

Really great hotel for a family trip to europapark

Rooms have everything you need, great aircon and shutters. Comfy beds and modern decor with amazing shower! Pool really adds that little extra. Staff helpful and friendly. Close to europapark with free shuttle bus

Great low key place if you want to start your day next to Europapark

Staff was very friendly at both the reception and in the restaurant. Room was super modern and felt like it was built with quality materials. Really nice layout to the room as well. If you want to just wake up and walk to the Europapark entrance it's less than 30 minutes. It's also very close to two bus stops if you want to go that route. (The local bus driver I had both times was a little grumpy but he's dealing with hundreds of disorganized families a day, so just keep things moving if you get on one)

Breakfast buffet was somewhat pricey for a breakfast buffet but the ingredients were top notch and fresh so you won't be disappointed if you want a solid breakfast.

best location for europa park. Bed were big and comfortable.

it is not a 4 stars hotel, the quality is of a 3 star hotel. The bathroom was a bit used, and it smelled like sewage when the ventilation system was on.
