Deludente e assolutamente non all’altezza di un 4 stelle Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Colosseo a Rust con grandi aspettative, purtroppo completamente disattese. Il check-in era previsto per le 15:30. Siamo arrivati in anticipo e ci è stato detto di aspettare, cosa comprensibile. Tuttavia, quando ci siamo ripresentati all’orario indicato, la nostra stanza non era ancora pronta. Dopo essermi lamentata, facendo notare che quei minuti persi li avrei voluti recuperare al momento del check-out, improvvisamente – quasi per magia – la camera si è resa disponibile dopo meno di cinque minuti. Ma guarda caso, al check-out ci è stato concesso di uscire solo con 15 minuti di tolleranza. Coerenza zero. La pizzeria dell’hotel è stata un’altra grossa delusione: pizza immangiabile, impasto crudo e senza lievitazione, sugo insapore e una “mozzarella” che non sembrava nemmeno tale. Niente a che vedere con una vera pizza italiana, né per gusto né per qualità. Alla reception, nonostante il nome “Colosseo” e l’ambientazione romana, nessuno del personale parla italiano. Per una struttura che attira molti ospiti italiani, è un punto debole piuttosto grave. Intrattenimento serale? Praticamente inesistente. A parte una fontana con giochi di luci e suoni attivata ogni tanto, non c’è nulla: né musica, né spettacoli, né animazione, nemmeno un piano bar. Altri hotel vicini offrono molto di più, pur costando uguale o meno. La SPA, indicata come inclusa nel pacchetto, era solo una semplice piscina (carina ma fredda), senza sauna, senza bagno turco, senza idromassaggio. Nulla. Tra l’altro, la piscina è costruita in una zona dove dalle 17:00 è già in ombra, quindi non si capisce perché venga tenuta aperta fino alle 22:00 se nel tardo pomeriggio è già inutilizzabile dal freddo. Il materasso era comodo e si dormiva bene, ma la trapunta era totalmente sintetica, faceva sudare e comprometteva la qualità del sonno.
