Nothing is free I paid for tooth brushes Slippers cost money Staff is neither friendly nor helpful. We asked for a little more time for check out but they didn’t allow it although we didn’t get our room until 4 pm. Housekeeping is just a front and the only thing they did was making the beds, we had sand in our bed from the park ( it was obvious ) but they didn’t bother to clean it. Food is not the best AT ALL

The hotel is nice , clean , very good breakfast and the transportation to the park by the shuttle is very convenient. The trekronasat Resturant food is amazing.

No iron in the room !! which i may accept and understand but when we called to ask for an iron they said they don't have iron for hotel guests and if we want our cloths to be ironed then first they have to ask the house keeping to do it for us but we have to wait till late afternoon or in the evening to have our clothes done and delivered and off-course we have to pay for it ???!!!. This pisses me off. This is a 4 stars hotel and we are in 2022 ,i cant understand why they don’t have irons for guests to use in the room . One of the receptionists told me because it is dangerous !! as if the hotel guests are coming from the jungle !

Rooms were very quiet, and personnel were always nice and helpufl.

Rulantica park was overbooked in advance. As hotel guests, we were not able to visit it at all. It was very big dissapoitment.

Beautiful hotel and resort, highly recommend for families. Nearly on par with Disney resort, and they are the best in the business.

Very nice and special Hotel and Rooms. Parking was easy and close to the Hotel. The Park is easy to reach with the Shuttle, therefore it is not a problem, that the location of the Hotel is not beside the Park. Overall we can recommend the Hotel. Excellent Breakfast. Friendly Staff in the Restaurant.

Check-In was complicated. I've booked 4 double rooms, but the Hotel didn't allow us to check in with all the necessary information before the arrival. We were asked that only one person goes to the counter at check-in. Which is quite understandable, but this meant, I had to fill out 4 registration forms (which easily could have been done online) and this on the other hand takes a long time. When I asked, why we couldn't do it in advance the Staff at the reception desk gave me an unfriendly, "eye rolling" answer; and a smile wouldn't hurt once in a while. Further, with the Corona Topic and the restrictions for Swiss Customers, the information and support was extremely poor. I was moved back and forward between the Hotel and Booking.com. The Hotel is only reachable via a central number, which was always busy. Further, I was told, because the Rooms were booked via Booking.com, I need to contact them for all requests and questions. This is not customer friendly. Regardless to say, that booking.com was not helpful either; it takes forever to find the correct support site and the answer is always the same: contact the Hotel. We needed to book the table in the restaurant in advance, which I have done. Unfortunately, when we arrived, they had no table available. Then, we were placed at a table for 6 instead of 8 people and I had to complain to get the final table. Waiter was very nice though.

They are no cooperative and not flexible at all . Their response is slow and unhelpful

Shuttle Service zum Park-Ende war katastrophal Wartezeit von 40 Minuten - Bus total überfüllt. Der reservierte Tisch zum Abendessen war im ungemütlichen Sportbereich, das Buffet war bereits um 20:00 meistens leer…

Sehr schönes Hotel. Meiner Tochter hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Keine Beanstandungen. Das Restaurant Tre Kronen war sehr teuer aber leider nicht so lecker, dass der Preis gerechtfertigt war.

Es war einfach traumhaft! Das Personal im Bubba Svens ist sehr zuvor kommend und kinderfreundlich! Das Ambiente im Kronasar einfach toll! Unser Zimmerfenster zeigte genau auf die abendliche Wassershow, der Ausblick einfach atemberaubend. Es waren wundervolle 2 Tage im Rulantica und Europapark

Personal sehr taktlos und nicht freundlich, Abendessen im Hotel Restaurant ganz ganz schlecht, leerer trostloser Büffet wenn man es so überhaupt nennen kann, kalt und abgestanden. Am Abreisetag wollten wir ausschlafen, leider nicht möglich obwohl check out um 11 h ist stürmen die Putzfrauen um 9;00 unsere beiden Zimmer, unglaublich einfach.. Beim Frühstück sehr unfreundlich, man wollte uns weiter schicken weil wir zu 4 waren , kein vierer Tisch sagte Sie dabei war der Raum praktisch leer, unglaublich einfach

Aufenthalt für ins Rulantica Perfekt. Schöne saubere Zimmer.

Leider hat der Selecta Automat im Keller nicht richtig Funktioniert und war halb leer.
