Best location for Europa Park and Rulantica, that's all sadly! To be avoided if you want to sleep!

The location is perfect just a 5 minute drive to Europa Park and Rulantica. Plenty of parking space in the large car park. The shower has great water pressure, and the Wi-Fi speed is excellent!

Avoid this place. There are no shutters or blackout blinds, so forget about keeping the room cool during the day or dark at night. The curtains are sheer, and the bed faces the window. No air con, which is fine, but no ceiling fan either. The standing fan couldn’t even be plugged near the bed we had to place it on a chair by the door, blocking access to the toilet. The room hit 34°C, smelled musty like it hadn’t been used in years, and reeked of horse manure probably thanks to the ponies kept outside. Cute, but not ideal. Don't expect water to cope with the heat of the room, no complimentary water, but they will sell you a small bottle for €4!! Breakfast was the dullest I’ve ever seen: basic fruit, cereal, boiled eggs, bread, ham, jam, and butter. Served only until 8:30am. No care or thought has gone into the guest experience. To top it off, they tried charging us again for a room already paid for via Booking.com. We had to prove payment with our bank statement and confirmation email. Absolutely unacceptable. The owner should try spending a night in one of these rooms, maybe then things would improve. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend or return. If you can’t guarantee a good night’s sleep, what’s the point of a hotel?

Lovely hotel, lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The hotel was very atmospheric, the hallways were decorated with plants and beautiful furniture that created a very warm ambience. The room was a little small, with two single mattresses for a double bed. Everything was clean. If you need toothbrushes, you can get single-use ones at the reception for 1 euro. Breakfast consists of meat and cheese selection, hard-boiled eggs, bread, yoghurt, muesli, fruit, butter, honey and jam selection.

Super friendly staff, close to the parks, clean. Beautiful hotel, the food was delicious. After four showers no hot water issue, which is a blessing.

It was a bit pricy for us but we booked last minute and there was space for two more guests - Next time we will try to find a smaller room.

Wonderfu location to Europa-Park

The staff were wonderful. We enjoyed relaxing in the restaurant a breakfast that came with stay we great as well. We weren't prepared for the heat and the fan in the room couldn't cool it enough for people and pet so I purchased a single room to reduce body heat. Just warm summer but you can't beat the location if you are not able to stay on Europa-Park.

The hotel is very close to Europapark (7 minutes by car) and it's perfect for a large group (we were 9 people). It's clean, the beds are divided into separate rooms, the place was quite large as well. They offer a nice breakfast as well. We were satisfied!

The bed wasn't very comfortable for me, but my friends had no problems with theirs!

Great value for money accommodation very close to Europapark

The location is perfect for going to the Europapark. Just a few minutes by car from the Europapark Parking away. Free parking included. Nice spacious room in traditionally decorated hotel. Friendly receptionist. Restaurant is open until 21:00 o'clock. Good food (asparagus). Very good value for money.

We were the last ones who had breakfast. Choice of bread, cereals and fruits were limited. Could be because we came late...

Very nice!

Perfect location for Europa park! Great breakfast included. Very clean and comfortable.

Just be aware there is not an elevator, if one has small children and a lot of bags, getting upstairs is a workout! The restaurant is very good, and leans towards mature guests, but very delicious. The owner showed us the shuttle bus, but didn’t offer when it was available to Europa Park.
