Clean, had all that we needed for a family, close to everything (train station, restaurants, convenience stores), air-conditioned and secure.

Difficult to find. Instructions (images provided) to find the place was not very clear. Had to contact the host to confirm the correct building.

Check-in was very easy with the keypad entry, so there was no need to collect or carry any keys. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Although we didn't cook during our stay, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was a nice touch that coffee pods were provided. The washer/dryer was convenient to have. We were asked not to use it after 10:00 pm to avoid disturbing the neighbours, although on our second night, someone nearby was running their machine until around 3:00 am. On our third night, there were roadworks outside from 11:00 pm until 7:00 am, and the drilling was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. This was obviously outside the host's control, but it did affect our stay. The location is excellent - it's within walking distance of Shinjuku, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores just downstairs, so finding something to eat was never a problem. One thing we really appreciated was that the host allowed us to store our luggage in the locked fire exit stairwell after check-out. We had 11 pieces of luggage, so this saved us from having to take everything to Shinjuku Station to find lockers, especially as it was raining heavily that morning.

設備は何の不便もなく問題ありません。快適に過ごしました。途中で不足の設備には直ぐに対応して頂けました。

床の清掃が今ひとつ。素足でも靴下でも汚れが付く程度でしたので、モップなどあれば良かった。下のフロアがカラオケだったので、寝る時は声が聞こえる。
