Located in Shin Okubo was quite the experience. There was a large Korean influence in the area and it was delightful witnessing this in Tokyo. Daiso, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Can*Do, Don Quixote were all round the corner. Food and convenience stores were abundant.
The walk to the location from Shin Okubo station was arduous on a Saturday afternoon. The 5 minute walk took us 15 minutes due to the overwhelming crowd on the streets. This made it very hard for us to locate the property as well.

Spacious room for the family with a separate lounge area. For the price this was more space than I expected. The TV allowed you to use your Netflix/YouTube etc accounts, a bonus for child entertainment in the evening. The location was also great. Many restaurants and cafes and it always felt safe. Good access to the subways.
Nothing really. Maybe sone more plates/ cutlery. We mostly ate our though so it was all fine.

Well equipped with all you need. Train station isn’t too far away. is located in Korean street, every restaurant and shop is Korean. Very clean apartment
The street outside is very packed, so it takes a while to get to the station and back. We also booked for 4 people and when we arrived there was only beds for 3, we had to find the mattress inside the closet ourselves and prepare it. Also very little to no space to store your luggage.

Self check-in and check-out was easy.
Plenty of beds, and the beds were comfortable.
Has a fridge, freezer, microwave, stovetop and all the kitchenware you need for a short stay.
Spacious living room and free Wi-Fi.
Location was great with just a short walk to the station, and restaurants on the whole street.
The stairs to the room are outside and not protected from rain, they can get very slippery and dangerous.
The bathroom was reeking of sewage. I think it came from the sink. The toilet was clean and didnt smell, the shower smelled like disinfectant. Shower smell went away after airing it out over night, however the sewage stank staid the whole week stay.
Maybe even too many beds? Both bedrooms were filled with beds, which is great if you need them, but if you don't, they just take up space.
