10 minute walk from the Yamanote line and it was a BIG room. Washer was provided on the terrace out the window.
Bathroom didn't vent well so it stayed humid after showers and there were signs of mold in in the bathroom. Super duper loud the owner provided earplugs because you could hear sound at all hours of the night because it's a busy night life area. You have to save the address for the Korean restaurant below in order to maps the location accurately. Room seemed decently clean but I still cleaned it myself too. No detergent for the washer so I bought some.

Spacious apartment with two air conditioners, a short walk from Shinjuku without being right in the middle of everything.
No complaints.

Self check-in and check-out was easy.
Plenty of beds, and the beds were comfortable.
Has a fridge, freezer, microwave, stovetop and all the kitchenware you need for a short stay.
Spacious living room and free Wi-Fi.
Location was great with just a short walk to the station, and restaurants on the whole street.
The stairs to the room are outside and not protected from rain, they can get very slippery and dangerous.
The bathroom was reeking of sewage. I think it came from the sink. The toilet was clean and didnt smell, the shower smelled like disinfectant. Shower smell went away after airing it out over night, however the sewage stank staid the whole week stay.
Maybe even too many beds? Both bedrooms were filled with beds, which is great if you need them, but if you don't, they just take up space.
