The apartment had everything considered and is comfortable with lots of room for our family of 5. We loved watching the projector in the evenings on all the bed space.
The location was perfect, the area was lively and vibrant but not as noisy as I thought it might be.
Plus Don Q 2 mins away, along with great coffee shop upstairs, Cafe Komeda
We had a pram to take up the stairs but not that hard if you have a light pram to carry as it’s only 3 flights of stairs.

Very good location. Walking distance to godzilla head (shinjuku)
No stairs but is ok since it was not steep and comfortable to go up and down

Clise to shops, just a short walk to shops, eateries and train station. Clean and nice amenities.
Fourth floor but no lifts.
