Location, it was so great to be so near to one of the biggest streets of Tokyo, but in a place so quiet. The neighborhood around it is so lively, specially at night, but you hear no noise whatsoever, and there are two metro stations 5 minutes away walking.
The place was clean and comfy, also very safe, and had enough supplies for our stay, even washing/dryer.
Maybe that since it is very autonomous, there's not much flexibility with luggage storage. Our flight was very early, so we got to the place early in the morning, and we had to look for luggage storage near the area since it couldn't be received before 12pm. Luckily for us, there are many places around where you can safely sore it with extra cost.
