Near the train station, just one stop from Shinjuku station. Staff very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp. You can do the laundry at home and dry the clothes using a specific function of the bathroom air system. Positioned right next to the railway you actually hardly hear trains passing by.

It’s for relatively young people, agile enough because of steep stairs.

L’emplacement est idéal (proximité métro, seven eleven, quartier animé), la propreté impeccable et les équipements au top. La communication est très bonne avec l’hôte qui est très réactif.

Les escaliers dans l’appartement peuvent être contraignants. Beaucoup d’escaliers en entrants puis un palier avec la salle de bain et les toilettes et ensuite de nouveau des escaliers pour arriver aux chambres et salon kitchenette.

Its very good locqtion. Very near with metro Shin-okubo. Only aprix 250mtr. The unit are very good & clean. much better than the pictures shown. Only thing the bed is in smaller size for 2 person. And bit noisy bcs of train movement time to time. And my knee is not that great for going up n down much since the unit are 3 floor unit. Other than that all are perfect. The host is very nice, helpfull & kind. Thanks for ewrything

Bed too small for 2 perosn & stairs for 3 floors in the unit

The location was excellent, and it was much more comfortable than staying in a cramped hotel. It had all the necessary amenities, especially the washer and dryer. It was just a few minutes' walk from Shin-Okubo Station. Access was convenient, and restaurants serving Korean, Nepalese, Vietnamese, and other cuisines were within walking distance.
