No elevator if you are in third or fourth floor with big luggage and tiny stairs

Great location, just 2 stops from Shinjuku train station and 3 mins walk to the nearest 24/7 and very well stocked (including fresh sushi). Apartment is also only 5 mins walk to the nearest Higashi Nakano station, lots of small and good quality restaurants near by

It's an older style apartment, I did have an issue with this at all. Although all linen was clean and fresh, the floor was not clean, I walk bare footed and it felt like the floor has been swept but not washed, could feel dirt under my feet. Also, kettle didn't work at all, we boiled our water on stove, which did work perfectly. Also, something the host needs to keep in mind, travellers often spend lots of time on travelling and are tired by the time their reach their accommodation, water, milk, tea and coffee would be nice to find in the apartment, plus, more plates and cutlery. Some shampoo would also help. Host does need to remember lots of visitors to Japan are from other countries and spent lots of time travelling, they may be very tired by th e time they get to their booked accommodation, so some tea bags, coffee, milk and water in the fridge would be nice.

Érem 6 persones i se’ns va quedar petit. Per quatre persones és ideal. Tot i que estava a la zona de Shinjuku, no era gaire cèntric. Ara bé, l’estació més propera estava a només 10min. S’ha de tenir en compte que l’allotjament es troba en una zona residencial; per tant, no hi ha gaires restaurants propers. La rentadora ens va deixar taques a la roba. Sortir a la zona de la terrassa era complicat.
