リピーターです。建物が綺麗でロケーションよく、広めのお部屋はレイアウトがよく使いやすい。
食器がプラで安っぽい。初めて6階でしたが廊下がすごく変な臭気で残念でした。ベランダのガラス戸がすごく汚い。あと一工夫なのでホント残念！

リピーターです。駅からのアクセスよく建物は綺麗でお部屋も清潔です。
ほぼ満足ですが強いて言えば食器がプラスチック、アイロンがない、というくらいでしょうか。

Layout and location was great!
This one had a bit of a dodgy sink in the bathroom area, the towels could be updated to but other than that was perfect!

L'appartement est plutôt correct et proche de plusieurs métros. Le café en bas est très bon. La terrasse de l'appartement. Pas de quoi étendre le linge pour la machine... Avec un bon coup de ménage, ce serait vraiment bien.
La propreté, l'appartement était rempli de cheveux en arrivant. Clairement le ménage n'avait pas été fait et les parties communes ne sont pas du tout entretenues, c'est dommage pour une immeuble récent qui pourtant va vite dépérir. Le manque d'un étendoir alors qu'il y a une machine à laver à disposition. Changer les coussins, de très mauvaises qualités.
