About this apartment rental
Located in the Shinjuku area, we’re just a 2- to 5-minute walk from the restaurant district and a 5-minute train ride from Shinjuku Station. Our rooms have been renovated to ensure comfort, tradition, and safety. Since we are a legally registered vacation rental, you can book with confidence.

We are a 100% licensed operation and are welcomed by the community to host guests. This room can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The room features 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 restroom.
Bedding includes 2 double beds (size: 150 × 200),1 semi-double bed (size: 120 × 200),
There is ample space under the beds, allowing you to easily unpack your suitcases.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, one induction cooktop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, kitchenware, cooking utensils, tableware for six people (plates and cups), a washing machine, a shower, a hair dryer, and, of course, air conditioning with heating and cooling functions.
★There are stairs leading to the unit.
The apartment does not have an elevator. The room is on the 2nd floor. You will need to climb the stairs. /The apartment does not ha

With this high-speed Wi-Fi, you can keep your smartphone, tablet, or PC connected at all times. This makes exploring Tokyo much easier.
**You can leave your luggage in the room before check-in (after 10:00 AM).
**You can leave your luggage in the room after check-out (until 4:00 PM). If you need to leave it after that time, please contact me.

We are now required to have all guests submit the following information to create a guest registry.
・Guest’s full name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport number
・A photo showing the entire passport
・A photo showing both the passport photo and the guest’s face (for identity verification)

*Smoking is prohibited inside the room.If you wish to smoke, please do so in the designated areas. (Under no circumstances should you litter in the neighborhood.)
*My apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of noise when entering or exiting the building and while inside the apartment. Please do not disturb the neighbors. Do not leave trash in public areas. If you have any issues or complaints regarding neighbors, please contact me immediately.
* Please confirm the number of guests listed on your reservation. If there are additional guests, you will be required to pay an additional fee.
*Please note that if you fail to follow these rules, you may be asked to leave even if your stay has not yet ended. We kindly ask that you strictly adhere to the house rules.

Clean and new interiors with 2 full bedrooms. International charging towers were much appreciated. Quiet neighborhood at night. Restaurants and stores nearby and easy access to Takadanobaba station. Enjoyed our stay!

This place was clean and had all the amenities you would need for a great trip. Universal plug in boxes, internet, water pitcher, toothpaste, laundry soap. The pillows were ergonomic and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioned. Plenty of space for privacy with 2 adults and two teens.The boys enjoyed renting the scooters right on the property. Quick walked to local Jazz clubs, the train station, and 7-11.

Wonderful stay for a family of 4. The rooms are very generous, the kitchen area us adequate. The washing machine and cleaning facilities are very handy.We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable, quiet and away from the busy streets of Tokyo (especially out all day). Will definitely stay again. Thank you Asami for organising our stay.
