We were looking for a place that offered full kitchen and laundry and this is exactly what we got. Technically it’s a 2 bedroom with 2 twin/full beds in one, and 2 bunk beds in the other. There’s a very high loft on questionable stairs over the living room that has a bed and the sofa can be a bed as well. I’d say about 8 people could sleep comfortably. The bathrooms are in the hallway as well as the sink. It’s not a large space (by American standards) but it worked for us. We only had 5 people. Location was decent and elevator was helpful with luggage. We’re used to staying in condos so it worked and we loved the location. Very thoughtful English instruction binder with everything you need to know. There were 2 Don Quijotes, McDonalds, Shinjuku Station, and even our fave Shinjuku Sumo Club within 10 minute walking distance. We ended up taxing and van tours with my older mother and everything was so easy. This is not a fancy hotel district but if you like exploring and convenience this was great and local. And they thought of everything for the kitchen - all appliances and detergents were well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Pick the upper/top floor rooms if you are a light sleeper. Soundproofing between floors needs improvement.
