Lots of room for our group of 5. Excellent location in Korea town, a 10-15min walk to Shinjuku. Close to train line and grocery stores. Not too noisy at night (some occasional drunk passersby but not too often). The washer / dryer in the bathroom were great. Close to parks for the kids.
It wasn’t very clean. We rewashed a lot of the linens & couch cover as it was visibly covered in white liquid stains and hair, floors were dusty. Maintenance had to come and fix a broken bathroom door, & 2 beds were broken (frames on the floor), double bed mattress was old and saggy. I wish it had a proper couch. There was lot of maintenance issues but I can overlook wear & tear if it’s clean.

The property is spread over three levels and provides space compared to a hotel room and allowed us to spend Christmas altogether. The middle level was very nice with kitchen, dining table and lounge area. Great location. Very responsive owner with emails.
Bathroom is on bottom level although there is a toilet on top floor. It was looking a little tired in comparison to the photos.
