暮。新宿 Shinjuku Stay SaWa 301 - Corner Terrace 3 Bedroom

We stayed at this apartment for 9 nights in June 2026. It’s on the 3rd floor and the stairs weren’t too bad even with everything we were lugging. The place was clean and spacious (for Tokyo standards) for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. We had everything we needed. The location is very safe and close to major streets that are lined with konbinis, restaurants, and other shops. We especially loved Bam Bi Coffee house right across the street from the apt and there is a small laundromat around the corner to take your clothes to dry. (The apt has a washer only but they do provide plenty of racks on the balcony to air dry clothes.) The WiFi and AC units in each room worked great! The toilet room does have an odor that we weren’t expecting but there is a small window you can open to air things out. It didn’t bother us too much as we knew this is an older building with older piping, much like all the other buildings on this street. The host is outstanding - super nice, communicative, and responsive. For the price, we felt like we got a good deal in a great location, and most importantly, the apt was clean and we had room to spread out. Thanks for the hospitality! We made great memories on this trip.

Our stay in this property was wonderful. The unit was roomy, very clean, and had a well-stocked kitchen. The air conditioning worked great and the location was perfect to be near Shibuya and the metro without being right in the chaos. The neighborhood had many great restaurants and Don Quixote was very close, as well as Family Mart. Having a balcony was also nice for morning coffee. The check-in process was easy and the host communicated throughout the booking, check-in, and check-out process.

Comfortable apartment in a great location. Would stay here again!

We never got the code to enter the property 24 hours prior as stated. We got a response 4 hours after check in time for the code. Location is fantastic. And the area was clean.
