This was a nice property; clean and a great value. Check in and out was smooth and we made some very nice memories in the house. The stairs are narrow and could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Also, if you are tall, watch your head when walking down the stairs—there is a beam that you could bump your head on. Other than that, it was great—I definitely would love to stay there again. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions.

Would stay in this place again with a big group as it has 3 bedrooms and all amenities you could want. Only caution is the steps leading up and down as it has no handrails and is steep. It also has only 1 sink for all to use- if you don’t mind that, well worth staying here!
