桜の川38 新宿渋谷に直結 幡ヶ谷一戸建 2-11人丨 connected to Shinjuku and Shibuya House 2-11 people

Spacious bedrooms suitable for large groups. Toilet both upstairs and downstairs. Excellent sized kitchen. Property seems very new and the hosts were excellent when we had queries during the stay! It’s in a great spot near some food stores and konbini. We loved Sunday bake shop nearby for baked goods and coffee.

A dryer would be excellent, we walked to a nearby laundromat to do a wash and dry cycle a few times during our stay as the accomodation only has a washer - no dryer. Our first night our driver struggled to find the accomodation despite all of the written instructions and it probably took us about 30-40mins to locate it in the dark - but once we knew it was easy! It would have been more simple not at night and the hosts picture instructions proved very helpful!

The location was close enough to the station and buses that took us straight to Shibuya. Host was very responsive and accommodating to my enquiries & clear with instructions.

Booked for 10 people and there were only 5 towels, wish there was a dryer cause there isn’t really any space to hang clothes when there are 10 adults staying here.

Value for Money: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) Given the size and location, the stay was worth the price, though slightly on the expensive side. Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Conveniently located just 7 minutes from 幡谷 with direct access to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Great for exploring Tokyo while staying in a peaceful neighborhood.

Key Collection: Easy and hassle-free! The instructions provided for key collection were straightforward and convenient. The fantastic location, spacious layout, and cleanliness were the highlights. Very comfortable for a large group, with plenty of amenities to cater to everyone's needs. What Could Be Better: A little more seating in the living area to accommodate large groups comfortably, but that’s a minor suggestion.
