Affordable and it’s near the train stations. we have everything in place in the room and room space is enough for 5 people.
No wifi when we were there for the entire stay, probably because of the network issue shared before we arrived.

It was very convenient because it's near convenience store and supermarket. It's also near to the tourist spots.
The internet wasn't working during our stay. We can't use the television (Netflix) to watch movie because of this.

I liked that the location was right in the center of Shinjuku, very close to major subway lines, city buses, and shopping and tourist areas.
I honestly thought that the room itself, especially the bathroom, could use a more modern look. 👍 The facilities were very well cleaned. 👍 Overall, I would recommend this place for an accessible location to major districts in Tokyo.

a bit run down. The hanging chair was broken and held together by duck tape. Should take it away before someone gets hurt. No lights outside the door of Room 301
